Do not bring your own piece of wood to Home Depot at Reisterstown Plaza location to get cut in half, as they will not cut a piece of wood that is not purchased at the store.

I paid someone to deliver the dryer to my house, I get the new dryer home and my electrician tried to install the dryer and said it didn't work. i went back to home depot and tried to had the dryer replaced or get my money back and the supervisor Dashard said once we leave the store we cannot get our money back or replace the dryer with a new machine. He told me i had to file a claim with the warranty on the dryer. He filed the claim for me and a repairman from the company came and she pieces were missing from the dryer and he had to reschedule and order the pieces for the dryer. I talked to GE help desk again because i felt it was unacceptable to keep inconveniencing me for a dryer that never worked by making multiple appointments. meanwhile i had to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes because i purchased a dryer and no one still is able to get it to work. The GE help desk said Home depot should have gave me my money back or exchanged the dryer. i called home depot multiple times and i could not get anyone to help me with this issue. i went to a county home depot location and was able to get a nice supervisor by the name of Christina to look up my order and was able to tell me i can get a refund if its within the 30 days of purchase. She called home depot for me and they said i can return the product. i went back to the Reisterstown road location and verified with a associate Larry and he verified i could bring the dryer back. So i brought the dryer back and was refunded my money. two weeks had went since my nital claim that i brought a broken dryer and the manager would not help me its sad i had to drive to a different location to get help for my issue, when i spoke to the actual supervior of the store. I feel like they actually care about the county people but because i live in the city , they gave me a hard way to go. This has been a very stressful situation for me, going back in forth between GE, home depot lost in money from this situation. I buy all my appliances from home depot and have never been told I couldn't return an item i bought from their store. Home depot credit already sent me a bill for a machine that hasn't been used once. also my electrician came up to buy another power cord for me and wasn't able to get my money back, they put in on a gift card that only he can use because you have to have the correct id with the gift card which doesn't make sense I purchased the power cord and we couldn't use it because the machine was broke. This has been a nightmare and the people living in the city should be treated fairly like your county customers. lost a good customer

Many of the quality tools, appliances and materials that I have were purchased at this HD locale. It's a blessing to have it here in proximity.

Normallly, when I go to Home Depot I don't really expect to get a lot of assistance from the employees. No disrespect to the employees. I generally stumble upon what I went in for. This time was different. All of the associates were on point, very helpful and very friendly, especially Ms. Z (Zelda.) She was very professional, very customer service oriented and had the most pleasant personality. She actually made this a great shopping experience for me. I appreciate her patience (because I was taking a long time); never once did her attitude change. I was the most important person at the moment for as long as it took. I hope they give her a raise. Good customer service is rare these days, unfortunately.

I have been to a lot of the Home Depot stores in the area and I have to admit that this store has the best service and are very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store .

Great store was disapppointed that I was not offered assistant immediately after entering the store but I was greeted by a awsome employee during checkout process

I brought various house hold items, like clorox bleach and Homedevence mice traps to get rid of field mice that recently got end my house.

This store is always excellent with customer service and having products in stock. Highly recommended!!!

Items that need to be separated in those cardboard bins are always a mess. Rarely are they in the proper bin or shelf. I know it is hard to find help right now, but the store should always be organized. Period!
