Outstanding Customer Service
I contracted to have a Professional Company apply the Epoxy Coating to my large garage floor. As part of this service, I had to REMOVE ALL the items from my garage. I asked Stevie if I could Rent a Shopping Cart to make my chore easier. He said that I could Borrow the Cart and bring it back when I'm done.. I was amazed .. I do spend a lot of money at Home Depot but clearly didn't expect this service..... the floor looks great.

        Lacks customer service
        I have been to this store several times because it is close to my home, but I have not once had anyone ask to help me.

          Find it yourself because there is little help available.
          This store in particular has really deteriorated when it comes to service. Lot’s of items are locked up or require assistance and there is no one available. Long lines at self checkout because of little assistance and system errors.

            Be extremely cautious with Home Depot delivery!
            Ordered new baseboards for delivery. The gave me a 6a-8p window… for an additional $80 buck they could give me a 4 hour window (I passed) - we’ll call you 30 mins before we deliver. I said GREAT! Never called. Delivered baseboards (wood) and put them on an edge of the driveway where sprinklers completely covered this product with water. Major HOME DEPOT customer service failure.

                Great employees at pro desk personnel
                I come in 3 to 4 times a day maybe 3 days a week and every time I come in I feel like family thank you Larry, Jeff and Cassidy for always greeting me with a smile You never know how much this means to me .

                  This Home Depot is actually a Help depot as well.
                  I work in building maintenance and shop this Cedar Park store regularly, 5-10 times a week. The staff is always friendly and when you need to find something, there are usually folks nearby who are happy to help.

                              We bought 2 ceiling fans from William Thompson in flooring. He was most helpful and patient, and because of us he was late taking his lunch break. He told us what to expect and the fans atrived the very next day. Great customer service.

                                Exceptional Customer Service
                                I have not had anything but great experiences with #6585 store in Cedar Park. For the last 20 months, I have been coming into this location with a great deal of special orders, and never had an issue with any of the employees. That is why I travel extra to come to this location versus other locations.

                                    I almost live in this particular store !
                                    EMI the lady at the customer service should one day be a store manager, she is extremely helpful and kind and cheerful, always go for an extra mile to assist us, and also very good communicator and personable, I always feel happy when I come to the store and she is around, I know when she is there, things gets taken care of wizardly !!

                                      Hardwood Floor Machine
                                      I called ahead to rent a Hardwood Floor Cleaner that was suggested by a Home Depot employee in the Tool Rental Department two days before. I was cleaning 1900 square feet of indoor concrete floors that were very nasty and this machine was going to make the job super easy. I called ahead and yes that one was available. I got busy and did not get by the store for a couple of hours. When I got there the machine had already been rented. The employee could see the disappointment in my face and made an executive decision. There was another one there they were selling. He immediately took the for sale tag off of it and said I could rent this one. He saved the day and my project. I appreciate Home Depot giving their employees the latitude to do what it takes to keep their customers on schedule with our projects.

                                          One star because they do have a few people that actually care and know what they are doing. Most of the time, I am always told they don't have it. I have to always ask to please check their scan gun. they end up see they do have them. Then there is the fact that maybe they will not try to even locate the item. You have to look for yourself in the upper selves. ½ the time I end up finding it myself. Managers are worse, clearly the are manager and it simply their turn. I have not seen yet a leader in the management team. Employees are scared of making mistaking, which forces them to not assist you. I had a few confess and apologies they could not assist as they are scared of getting in trouble and are afraid to lose their job. How else do you learn? Mistake are a learning and growth opportunity, not just for employees but for the store. They will learn how to better improve training and education.

                                            I am remodeling my home and was dreading it beforehand because I could never find anyone to help me. Then, I met Travis in Millworks. I was purchasing windows and doors, items I know very little about, and he took the time to educate me which helped me make appropriate decisions. And, that department is busy! We were interrupted numerous times by other customers as well as the phone, but Travis never skipped a beat. I have encountered some pretty major problems with my project , and Travis and Mary in the Paint department are the reasons I’m still at it!

                                              If you’re looking for help good luck when you arrive. There are plenty of Home Depot but they are largely stockers or taking inventory. Doug in Appliances is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. The vast majority won’t even acknowledge you as a customer

                                                  As i look around any big box home improvement store, I usually must exert much effort to get my questions answered. I suspect it is due to my gender and that is a sad comment on the industry. Well, such is not the case at the Cedar Park Home depot on Whitestone. I received the best service in the door/molding department that i have ever in ANY big box home improvement store! Travis got up from his desk immediately and asked if he could be of service. He explained the process thoroughly and waited to see if I had questions. We worked through our needs, then he followed up via phone after i met with him, not once but twice! If you plan to train new hires on how to get repeat customers, he should be the one training. I have a much closer home improvement store that I could frequent, but i think i would rather make the drive, due to the great customer service I got from Travis. We have an almost 30 year old home that we plan to do more in. My money and time is better spent where i get recognition, consideration, and great customer service. Thank you sir!

                                                          Good customer service
                                                          We’ve been visiting Home Depot and other stores very frequently for the past month. In some stores, employees hide from us. This time it was . We were having a hard time time understanding what was included in a door lock set. Travis took the time to come to us and ask if we needed help. Then, he proceed to explain the details of the package and even took us and rang the product himself. We were really impressed with this service!
