Huge mess in every aisle. Nearly impossible to get to lumber or the supplies I need.

I came in today to pick up a squirrel baffle for my birdfeeder and Cheryl helped me with that and was so pleasant from there I went on to see Javier to get a ring cam because my Home Depot flowers are so beautiful people are stealing them we had a good laugh over that! Such a pleasant experience we need more smiling in this world and that’s what they both gave me were big smiles!

Employees at this store are always helpful, more so than many other Home Depot’s I’ve been to.

Every time I visit the store, I feel like efforts are made to have a good experience by virtue of the attitude and capabilities of the employees.

I waited all day for FedEx to deliver, and am still waiting. Changes in expected delivery times changed frequently throughout the day, with no delivery in sight. Home Depot needs to get a handle on their delivery service providers.

The store is a pleasure to shop. I can always find what I need and the employees are eager to help you.

I went in for a truck rental. Service was 5 star from start to finish. I was in and out. No hassle. Rental associate was very helpful, and friendly.

The aisles are often impossible to pass through because they are crowded with material

Need a good cleaning and organization. Needs to be restocked.

Got to store about 30 minutes from closing, chose this store because website said 11 in stock, found only 3 on shelf, asked at help desk, guy was not even going to check on computer but finally after convincing; he checked and said "oh yeah, we have 11 in stock at this store" No kidding, how about helping me get the other 8? Guy said, sorry too close to closing, don't want to look and get the other 8 which were on upper storage even though time was 7:45pm on Sunday when store closes at 8pm. Terrible customer service and I found same item at Target for $16 whereas Home Depot had it for $30. Ridiculously bad experience. Apparently 3 people at this Home Depot didn't understand what customer service means. I don't usually complain but this was crap service.

I was performing a rush job and needed to get more supplies to finish and when to this Home Depot got everything I needed but at the time to pay I was disappointed that the girl that was on the register was given me and attitude and complaining that her shift was about to end when we approached her and was also complaining that she needed to look for the price of the stuff we were buying a screws and single loose nuts after complaining to a nearby worker the other guy said the same ting a walk away… we were at the register at 8:28 pm her shift was about to end at 8:30… they are getting paid to help customers not to complain abut people pulling up to the register before their shift ends… I’m completely disappointed of the service I got a that Home Depot and definitely would not be shopping there any time soon

Every time I have a project, I pick Home Depot CI for my products. I can always get the help I need and they never steer me wrong! If something does not work out the way expected, I have no problem returning it.

Great store found everything i needed plus i even browse extra to see whats new!

I went to 2 aisles and the staff assisted me in each aisle and I didn't have to ask (they could see the confusion on my face). The lady behind the pick up counter was lovely also.

I renovated my kitchen about 2 years ago and it was seamless from start to finish Jorge in the kitchen design center was an exceptional help we watched our kitchen design from a computer screen transcribed to our home we had absolutely no problems not even one we are totally satisfied our next project will be done by this Home Depot

I would say target is next to home Depot. But since home Depot don't do the right thing. The Home Depot is next to target. 🧌

I could not believe how messy the store was. Many things out of place and just seemed so un organized.

Had a bunch of issues with an online order customer site pick up. It was canceled because item could not be located, then the free promo item turned into a charged item when the tool was canceled. Then the partial pay via gift card complicated everything even more. The manager once spoken with in store was nothing less than awesome going above and beyond actually calling me with follow updates and rectified everything. Thank you

I have and always will be shopping at this store! Employee are well trained and willing to help, great job guys keep the good work going.
