I am glad we have a home depot in my town. i live here 50 years and very proud. the thought that you are able to maybe win money to do more repair is fabulous. the workers are mostly very friendly and able to help you. I love to buy to support business in my area

I was going to start shopping for a washer and dryer at the Central Islip Home Depot, not expecting to find the help I needed based on past experiences at this store. However, I was greatly surprised and greatly attended to by Rosa in appliances. I ended up buying my appliance there and received all the information and services I was looking for. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Needed to re-charge some items Bc I didn't get the Veteran's discount, and I had to buy cement, Mariams made it all 1 big TRXN and made it quick and simple

The workers at the Central Islip Home Depot are really an "Above & Beyond" crew! I have dealt with people at Customer Service, the pain department, outdoor power equipment... pretty much every department and have received top-notch, caring customer service from everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Customer service is superior

Make sure the item if in a box is clearly sealed from manufacture, if not make sure you have all the parts before leaving store. Happen to me, not a good feeling.

Many of the associates seem to be bothered when you ask for help. The store (especially outside garden area) is always a mess and out of stock.

I’ve always been very satisfied any time I’ve shopped here. The employees are quite friendly and helpful. They’ll go out of their way to accommodate you. The store is always neat and clean.

I made a purchase on Black Friday for two of the same item. I had a week to pick it up before it was put back. I drove a half hour to the store to pick it up. I selected curbside pick up and then after 15 mins decided to go inside. When I went inside, I find out that the employee who pulled my items never put my name on them So they were put back and sold. Now there are none that can be ordered of this item. I was extremely annoyed at how the manager handled it and I left with two items I didn’t want and that weren’t as good of a deal as I got during the Black Friday sale. I will probably end up returning the items. What a disappointing experience.

Exceptional customer service. I was greeted by floor employee Dallas who went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. He helped put heavy items into my cart, and went even further to help load the items into my vehicle. This was a wonderful shopping experience with exceptional customer service. The cashier Dominique was very friendly and helpful. I will definety return to the central Islip Home depot in the future.

cashier Tiffany was great and friendly she and was able to help me apply for another credit card get me approve and made everything perfect & quick at the same time calm !!! Lately woman’s are rocking in home depot they deserve a good bonus haha

Very clean store,store shelves are very neat,well maintained.On many occasions I have asked staff for help and each time I have been greeted with a smile from very pleasant people that are eager to help and they know what they're talking about or they will call someone who can help you! I've been given some great advice by employees!

We live near the store (within ten mins) and this store is so convenient! The staff is always extremely helpful and always able to help us figure out what we need. The store is very clean and again, I can't say enough about the associates. They really go above and beyond and that is extremely important to me when shopping at a hardware store.

Busy location, worth the trip to buy as little as needed, or a lot

This store is a pleasure to shop in. Every associate is eager to help you. I always find what I am looking for - mostly, with their help! The store is kept very clean. Even before I entered the store, I needed assistance in getting a plant down from where it was hanging. One of the truck drivers was nearby and he was so friendly and willing to help me that I offered him a tip - but he would not accept it! Instead, he told me to "pass it on" - which I intend to do by writing this review!

ordered over $132 worth of product for free delivery as wheelbarrow was one of items that wouldn't fit in my car. I was notified that after 4 days wait there delivering a small item,( 1.25 gallon of Round-up) and next day sent email. I have to go to store to pick up rest of items? When called to explain I can't fit item in car that's why I needed delivery. I was advised to cancel order, renew simultaneously same order, only now I have to pay for shipping. I cancelled entire order. Today a week later I borrowed truck went back to same store bought a Door and another wheelbarrow, they ring me up, charge me for items, I go now to pick-up area, and now told wheelbarrow not in stock? Frustrating to max

The store was clean. There were two sales associates who were helpful. Kudos.
