Ordered online. Picked up at the store. Box had a small tear in the side and this is what the $100.00 + (normal price) trash can looked like.

I bought two Andersen storm doors, the order process took about 5 weeks or so since there were two. From beginning to end the process was easy. The installer was very professional. I would recommend Home Depot To anyone to needs professional work done. Excellent workmanship!

I will never shop at Home Depot again and I LIVE 2 BLOCKS FROM THE STORE ON PARKER ROAD. As a Plano resident since 1978 and I will tell ALL the people I know - and that's a lot - exactly how your employee FAILED to provide necessary service and lost a $2400 sale.

IF you have any project DIY or maintenance there is usually someone who can not only assist you but guide you as attempt to tackle the repair.

Home Depot employees are EXCELLENT. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you!!!

This store has very friendly staff and the store is clean and organized. My only negative is this is a smaller store with lower volume of stocked items. I do prefer to go to this store (3 minutes from my house) because the staff are friendlier and feels like a neighborhood store compared to the larger warehouse stores.

Squirrel proof bird feeder is stopping the squirrels from getting fat on my birdfeed. They will probably eventually figure it out as I have very smart squirrels but for now they are not so fat flustered squirrels!

I purchase a washer and dryer from the Plano Home Depot and everything went smoothly..great sales person Jenny! The delivery went well and over all very pleased w/my new appliances!😀

Our experience at the HD #6833 in Plano, TX was mixed. We found what we wanted to buy, asked for help twice and did not get it. Finally we found Jenny in Appliances and, despite the need to process the transaction 5 times, because of system problems, she prevailed and we got what we wanted. Always ask for Jenny at Plano!
