This is our favorite Home Depot. The employees are friendly and super helpful. The associate Greg was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found the perfect tool box today.

Overall, this store does a great job with friendly and helpful employees. The only issue I have is I am handicapped. The isles are cluttered and I cannot get the power chair down them or cannot turn out of an isle because there is something stuck there blocking the way. Constantly having to back my way out of areas or cannot access them at all.

My buying experience for a new washer and dryer was flawless and better than expected. The LG units my wife and I chose of course were not in stock (and we understand the resoning behind this circumstance), but the units were both delivered in a reasonable amount of time as told to us during the initial purchase. Evan Webb was our salesman and he deserves to be commended for his excellent knowledge and professional method of selling your products. He made the entire sale easy and a perfect experience for both me and my wife. We will definately be making future purchases from this particular store and will certainly look forward to continuing the excellent shopping experience that is afforded to us every time we visit this particular store.

No store employees to run cash registers. The entire checkout process has to be completed by the customer.

This store and it's associates are always so friendly and helpful and really do an amazing job. The ONLY THING that I can critique... Can we get someone to fix the overhead speakers for the evening announcements? That one head cashier who makes the announcements has a great speaking voice but she almost has the scream to be heard at the opposite end of the store

Overall, a great experience, Tim in cabinets was very knowledgeable and helpful with very good responses when it came to the emails and at store. The delivery men were professional and helpful as well. Can't wait to receive the other items!

Home Depot salespersons were very patient, knowledgeable, & helpful as I made my final decision before making my carpet purchase. I appreciated all their suggestions & answers to my questions concerning quality & type of suitable underlayment for the carpet.

I’ve been waiting on my refund since October 8, 2025. to this date November 16, 2025. I am totally hurt, dissatisfied, frustrated, and disappointed with Home Depot. I Just Want My Money!!!

The man who was working at the paint counter went out of his way to ensure that we found the right color that we wanted. He was a huge help.

I think it is crazy that if you rent a piece of equipment on a weekend, no one calls you back for a repair until Monday. Not knocking the guy that called me on Monday, just the fact that he is just a one-man show. Then i thought i was getting half off my rental, only to find out that no it was just taking the second day off that i got charged. I had to get someone there to help me fix it along with take a vacation day from work on Monday to make the return. This will be the reason i never rent from any homedepo again. The guys in the rental department are amazing and did a great job on the rental and return. I just didn't understand what i was getting half off of. They said they would reduce my bill by half, and they did. I started with a 24-hour rental, machine broke down and i finally got a friend to help me fix it because i never heard from anyone from HD. Then had to finish what i had gotten started and make the return the next day. So, i got charged a two-day rental for a machine that broke down, i had to fix and take a vacation day to make the return

Hi, yesterday I purchased a trailer from the homedepot in Charleston WV. The purchase was so easy I had four associates that helped through the purchase, they handled all the paperwork in a very timely manner. I drive 100 miles to shop at this location. Thanks John

This was an online order in January. It was received damaged and returned on January 16, The shipment was received but 5 calls and several promises for processing of refund and it still has not happened in nearly 5 months. Home Depot will now be my last choice for purchasing of home improvement materials

Stop Treating All Customers like a Thief. If Home DePot would of had Arrested and Prosecuted Thieves years ago it would not be like this.

Second year I purchased mulch for my home. It was a good price and great value.

Inventory showed 8 of the product available, searched forever trying to find it and had no luck. Finally found an associate and asked them to help with no luck either. He then finally told me that he could place the order for me and have it shipped to my house which was fine. The following day I received a call stating they couldn’t find the product and my options were to cancel and be refunded or wait until the next shipment was received. I chose to wait for the next shipment. Moments later I received a call from another individual stating my order had to be cancelled that there was nothing they could do for me. Didn’t offer to try and resolve it or anything. Again the inventory showed 8 items available online and as well did the employees handheld devices. No excuse at all. Lost my buisness permanently.

I shop this location quite a bit, always someone willing to help when needed and always friendly.

Check Yelp before you use Home Depot’s flooring installers, Romanoff. Home Depot cancelled and no showed my flooring delivery 4 times. When the flooring was finally delivered, Romanoff canceled and no showed twice. When they finally came, I was told the job was bigger than the estimate described, and stated he was only paid 400 dollars. He stepped outside to call his boss and ask for more money, then came back and told me they could not do the job due to the floor being uneven, and they left.

I ordered this online to replace some ceiling tiles. First order was lost/cancelled and new order was placed. Material arrived late and damaged. Still waiting for pickup of damaged material for a refund.

Everyone was great until I asked about the free soda they advertise when they don't ask about signing up for a credit card. Teays Valley location always asks. Every self checkout has a sign. When I brought this up to the cashier I was then asked if I wanted a credit card. It was just a soda, but I don't like the fact they what is advertised wasn't honored and she was rude about it.

I purchased a water heater and the staff was very helpful getting the right stuff to do the job. The guy had very good knowledge of their products and what would work best for me. If I had his name I would mention it to say thank you for the good work. It's hard to find good people but I was impressed the the staff on the floor and customer service that helped get my block correct to be shipped next week. Ver good to work with, kind and courteous. Thank you
