I was at the Charleston store found what I was looking for I have a breathing problem in the young lady stopped and help me load the cart take me to the cash register help me check out took the product to the car for me and loaded it in the car for me.it was a pleasure shopping there friendly faces smiles on their faces and thanked me for shopping at home Depot.

Just started shopping at this location and I have found such a difference with Home Depot. Your Employees were very courteous and beyond helpful. To name a few Bob, Paul and Ralph in Home Pro were fantastic. I believe there was another in flooring Victor I think was another asset to your company. I will be back.

The store was very neat and laid out very well. We were able to get assistance promptly with a lot of help for our project.

All of the employees were so helpful and friendly! Domminic in the bath department was great he went above and beyond to help us and make sure we got what we needed!

Black Friday was rough but the friendly staff will help you up until the last minute before closing trying to make sure you have what you need and are happy with it. Love my new stove!!!

Simply better than other stores

This store is maintained well, aisles are generally easy for those with physical challenges to travel. Employees smile more here than other similar stores, and are very helpful.

The floors need cleaned. The same spilled popcorn was on the fooor two days in a row on the tile aisle. The appliance section seems cluttered and unorganized. Staff were helpful and friendly. Checkout was fast.

The parking area and store are clean and properly lit. The layout of the store is sensible with like items being in close proximity to each other. Their prices are on average with other big hardware stores, but in this case are located near stores I frequent more often. The staff seems knowledgeable and polite. So far I've had no negative experiences.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received when trying to replace a door caused by storm damage. It required a lot of thought to get the correct door and measurement. The specialty sales assistant manager went out of his way to help me get the correct door ordered.

Purchased new mower. Upon opening the box and checking out the mower, there was oil already installed and some trace amounts of gasoline in the engine. Highly suspect this item was restocked and I was not told so and paid full price.

My fiancé and I purchased a fixer upper last year in hopes that it will be the place where we finish raising our children and start our new life together. The main living area up stairs is close to complete and time to start moving in. We are over whelmed thinking back to where we started with this house and all the support and guidance we have received from your store. Working on a tight budget we were able to renovate the entire upper living area by putting on a new metal roof, replacing all the old windows, having new countertops installed and much much more. (We even got a quote on a new heating and cooling system.) This looks like a totally different house! I believe we have utilized every inch of your store in every department. We couldn’t have done all we have done without your incredible prices and knowledgeable friendly staff. Most of which know us when we walk in the door now because we are there every other day. Everyone always has a smile on their face and ready to answer the questions we have about the products or services you offer. We just wanted to send a message of gratitude to your company. I know most people don’t take the time to share their positive experiences. We still have a lot more work to do and many more projects that need done. Thank you Home Depot of Charleston WV for being a part of our families home buying experience. We are excited to do business with your company for many more years to come.

No employee's want to assist you and there's never an cashier open so this is the last time I ever go to home Depot again.

The staff in lumber and Gimma the cashier is AMAZING.!
