Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's on sale for the Spring Deals event?

Another huge spring sale is here, so prepare to save money. Whether you're upgrading your home with new appliances or just doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools, we've got what you're looking for. Be sure to check out our patio furniture, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26 and enjoy your new products year-round.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles for tears that might let water seep in. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture freezes in the crevices, you could be in for a headache.

What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, blizzards, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

Which project will be featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.

Does the Chaska Home Depot offer Curbside Pickup?
