My cashier, Elsie was fabulous.

I am always shopping at Home Depot for my garden supplies. I will pick this location over every other one due to the upmost kindness from Elsie. Elsie didn’t only provide excellent customer service she was personable and treated everyone around like they were her family. Elsie, YOU ROCK!

Elise, my self checkout associate, was a nice part of my day. She offered assistance and had nice banter.

Today was just another good day at home depot. But as always the customer service has bee. Very consistent with good caring employees but a stand out elsie went above and beyond to make sure our needs were perfectly met with a warm smile and great conversation. I watched her deal with many customers the same way and she was genuine. Wow im impressed. Keep it up with your customer service training. It is noticed.

Pro employ ATM did not like American like black and white. He loves American Money. Always talk about politics sound like he was a big man in his country, so why he stays in my country USA.

Bruce in Tool Rental is a great asset to this location and the company. Very very helpful and kind.

Ms.Elsie, Thank you for your help! I truly appreciate the length and patience you gave me today. I literally just lost all my belongings to a house fire. The new house I am at doesn't allow pets, so instead I choose to buy these pretty plants I seen!. When I checked out I instantly got heart broken because I didn't think I'd have the extra money for it. But notnonly did you hype me up, when I needed it, but you told me to transfer my plant right away. You knowledge and patience should truly be rewarded because you never know what someone is going through, and you always greeted everyone with a smile! Thank you!

I literally dread shopping especially entering a large store not knowing where anything is or what exactly I needed for the projects to be done around the house. Hank really took all that stress away and helped me select paint & color [went with Behr Premium with Primer already mixed in it], helped me find everything else I needed - including selecting a kitchen sink! I cannot speak highly enough about the assistance I got from all the staff right up to the register and cashing out. I'll be back to this location!

The Cheektowaga Home Depot store has helpful staff. Finding items is easy with their help and the checkout is efficient.

I purchased flooring from the store. It took about 2 hours to actually get everything ordered because there was computer problems. I was told that they were going to deliver and bring the flooring inside. That's why I paid the delivery fee. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called them and they said yes the floor was ready (didn't you get the text?- no I didn't) but at this point I was told they don't deliver inside. They drop it off at the driveway. This was not communicated to me at the beginning. (Or else I wouldn't have paid for delivery) Having to schedule a delivery date took hours of waiting on the phone.. a week of phone tag/getting the wrong information. Arranging the installation people took hours as well (not the installation's company fault). If it wasn't for me that I took the initiative to get the contact information from Home Depot of the installers I think it would've taken at least another to install week. This whole process has taken a month and I just got the floor. I would not go through this hassle again. I don't know if its a store problem or a home Depot problem but it's not worth it.

tried to buy a riding mower...never delivered it. Painful refund process for a mower I never received.

Brian went out of his way to help my situation. I went to the tool rental department and Brian helped me with an issue and completely resolved it!

Next time, I will video my visit, especially when the people who work in the customer service or pro departments don’t have the decency to professionally acknowledge customers, who are standing at the counter looking for assistance The store on Walden Ave. Is the worst store.

Shout out to Hawa at the customer service desk and her one single co-worker. Give this store more support and payroll! It can be frustrating being a customer in line for a long time, but it's not always the associates fault! Hawa did what she could with the support she had. My issue took a long time to resolve, but I know it wasn't her fault.

Hawa was phenomenal to work with. She was great at communicating, answering our questions and took her time to work with us until we were happy with all of the details surrounding our purchase

This store is always stocked and is clean. Even the Rest Rooms are clean. The self checkout is a breeze.

I was treated with a smile. My item was found even more items. I was taken directly to the items. This is important to me it saves time. And the staff can offer other items explaining why.

Generally, assistance within the store is good. However there is a particular employee who ALWAYS exemplifies great attitude and willingness to help (even when it's outside her particular area where she works). Her name is Wenika from the Met Team.

I will never shop at this store ever again
