I have to give a shout out to the customer service associates. Black Friday is tough enough, but everyone behind the C-desk worked to take care of the customers in a professional manner. I appreciate that. "Many Happy Returns (and pickups too!)

The Home Depot faily at this location is always ready and willing to help. Without you even asking. Mike and Mohamed are always very helpful.

Mark, the assistant manager is fantastic. Turned my not so great experience into an easy process that made me smile by the time I left. I can't thank him enough for all of his help with my purchase of a new stove. He is respectful, knowledgeable and above and beyond helpful! Home Depot is lucky to have him!

great staff that have a decent knowledge of all the products in their depts. If you throw them a curve they will call another employee they know can help solve your problem. All done with a smile.

Wanda did not bag up the delta shower head I purchased which makes no sense, got home wondering where it was later on, going crazy looking for it, the car, etc. So I called home depot and they said it was at the customer service desk, gave them my name on the phone and went the next day to pick it up, had to wait in a long line only for them to scramble and could not find it, they had to go get another one, no apology, no store credit or gift card for the fact that I had to go all the way back to get it on a busy schedule, even nicely told them nobody even apologized and still didnt get an apology. Horrible!

This store had an extremely clean appearance. I would definitely return to this store for my future home shopping items. I got immediate assistance for the item I needed. The store associate was extremely friendly and helpful.

It has everything I need all the time

Easy to locate what I was looking for along with the prices clearly marked. Help was easily available as there were sales associates on the floor pretty much every place I looked although, I didn't need extra help. Stock was fully available for the parts I was looking for so I was very pleased!

Cashier Isabel is absolutely amazing so nice and opened a 8,000 credit card for me and saved me $25!! Extremely satisfied will be returning again and hope to have her cash me out again.

This store is very neat and organized. Employees are always offering to help especially Isabella. I go into this store very frequently and she’s the cashier I always go to because she is very neat and nice. She’s a sweetheart and always going above and beyond when I come in. She gets 5 stars from me!!

Not enough Sales persons available for assistance, I usually have to hunt one down. Then after finding someone they are not always knowledgeable about products or options.

This store has always had what I need. And David in electrical has always been helpful with locating parts

My daughter just bought a house in that area and I wasn’t sure if her store was going to look like mine was set up in my area. The store was not but the employees I walked around with smiles and before I could ask for help I’m more than willing to direct me in the right direction. They gave me thoughts on what they would use after hearing what she needed for the different things she wanted to do. We found them very helpful and they even cautioned us when they were working in that area and a very pleasant manner. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Excellent store, fantastic people. Being only 3 miles from Home Depot makes it my number One choice for my needs. If it's a home item, garden, or even an automotive or marine project they seem to have what I need at the time.

I have been going to this store since it had opened. I have nothing but good things to say about this store. All the products I happen to be looking for and then some! :) The associates are always friendly and helpful. You will not go wrong shopping at Home Depot 1228 Harlem and Walden in Cheektowaga, NY

Don't expect any help if going to this particular store. Staff too busy fraternizing with each other. If you do get someone hopefully its part of the 50% that would have any clue what you would be asking about. Hint- there are several women who have worked there for a while. They are your best bet for help and information
