i bought potting soil and i like the price here

I would give 5 stars but the poor employee had to fight with a locked up flashlight which he couldn’t get opened and had to go get a ladder to get me one from the top in a box. It took about 10-15 min. Also Gerald the cashier was AWESOME he walked me out and put my purchase in my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THE OLD DAYS

I'm greeted by employees as I pass through each departments. Employees routinely asked if I need help finding a product or department or getting answers about products. Searching store app or calling other employees when necessary. All employees that I have been in contact with are very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. I will recommend this Home Depot store to all

employees went above and beyond great told us about a special but the were sold out but that we could still get it on line and they did the online sale for us and delivered in one day.

It seems to me, that the people are more important than the products! It is nice to meet an associate who knows what they are doing, rather than all about the products on the shelves. I'm not saying that a talkative person who doesn't know the difference between a nail and screw would be a good person to help you find 6d nails, but they probably would know if the store was out of them or not. When I shop, I usually have a list of things I need, and because I wind up with an associate who doesn't understand the problem I am trying to solve, I sometimes end up buying the wrong things or listening to something the associate says that causes me to take other ways in my project. Its annoying to think that the associate is only trying to sell products, but that's the way I feel when I shop at Home Depot. People who work with people, need to be more courteous, freindly and helpful, rather than assertive, dedicated and knowlegeble!

Easy milaige to the home and always parking choices easy but need grocery carts to be For us with limited walking ability Please keep permanently grocery carts available and next to all handicap parking. All of us using the sticker for handy capped parking need small roller cart storage at all hours and the guys removing carts to leave carts by Handy caped areas even if you loose a few parking areas. That is why when shopping you see us leaving carts off to the front of our stall or by the car strips.

Its very nice to have this store catering to the needs of locals in and around Centralia. Very well stocked with stuff I needed (I bought a garden hose that fit my faucet), friendly staff and well priced as always, my visit to this Home Depot was a purposeful and rewarding experience.

I was having a hard time finding stuff for my John Deere LA 145 mower and Ken came to help me along with Gracie they were really helpful in looking up part numbers and helping me find everything I need to complete a tuneup. Cylina Was so nice and walked all the way over to where some of the parts were and made several trips to make sure that I had everything I needed to complete my project. They could’ve easily told me what I needed and where to get it and made me get it myself but they didn’t. Amazing customer service

Just bought an upright freezer and staff were there to help

I asked one of the employees if he could cut my boards to a certain length and he immediately helped me. I was happy not to have to cut these at home with my smaller saw.

I bought a mower when we opened the bag with the owners manual it was soaked and water logged when I asked for a different one I was told no. I then watched a manager chew out an employee in front of me and when I called him on it he ignored me and walked away.

I normally love shopping at this home Depot however this shopping trip everything was locked up tight. It took long periods of time to get assistance and when we got assistance one employee was great but couldn't get what we were wanting to buy as it couldn't be located and the other made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I'm disappointed that everyone is no treated like a criminal because of shady characters in the area. We asked to purchase a floor model of something as the other couldn't be found and they denied that. I'm disappointed that I have to take extra time to go back and pick up what we ended up having to order as they were going to charge me $79 to ship it to my home. I also went in the garden department and couldn't get through many aisles as there was stuff everywhere needing to be restocked or shelved.

Our church is buying windows through them. In addition to having a knowledgeable sales person they have put up new displays in this area
