Best employees! So friendly & they all welcome baby Gabe like family. The store manager really cares about her customers, employees & community! We wouldn’t have been able to take in 5 emergency rescues wothout the help of this store

The absolute worst customer experience I've ever had!

I had to order a curtain and they got the wrong one- a week later. I ordered another one and it will take to the end of the month to get it. That's a total of almost a month to get my order- And I still don't know if it will be right. I am think about just canceling it and going somewhere else.

You have a guy working there with a nametag of "Country". He is a great guy, I have seen him before and he is the most helpful person I have run onto. He is not a personal friend but makes you feel like one. He's just that kind of jovial person, but also helpful.

On a fixed income, I needed a few roofing supplies to complete my project. And they advised me the best way to economically approach my project.

I am always happy with my experience at this store.

I bought a dishwasher over a week ago, I told them I wanted someone to install it. They said that they would, 2 1/2 days later. I’m still waiting for a phone call. I went back to Home Depot. They had no record of anybody calling installers for my dishwasher so I went in again and they gave me five different people that could install and online they got hold of 5 people ,as It turns out I’ve been waiting three more days to get somebody to install my dishwasher three out of the five said they couldn’t do it and two of them. One emailed me said he would call me and the other. I’m still waiting for an estimate as well..

Low inventory for common plumbing and electrical needs. I usually have to chase someone down from another department to call someone from the department I need.

Just needed one thing. Glad for the self check out because I was in and out with no wait.

When i got a person to come help me,she help with a dishwasher I wanted.once was there she had good customer service.

I shopped at other stores and could not find what I was looking for...until I went to Chehalis!

Needed to get some sandp6 and A few other things you have the sandpaper i like when having trouble reaching ( I have disabilities) there was someone to help

We have two amazing customer service experiences from Brian in lumber and cashier at the PRO’s desk (last visit). First trip, Brian went over the different composite options and colors for our deck questions. I am a texture person so I was able to feel which ones would work for my sensory needs. Super informative - explained bulk pricing, prices per board, so much more! Third trip in, Brian was working, acknowledged us right away, he was able to get the last bundle from the back and what was on the floor! The cashier at the PROs desk who checked us out! She was AMAZING, customer service was on point! I’m sorry - I am drawing a blank on her name but her picture is on the wall and she has so so many badge awards on her apron! I would have to say the BEST EXPERIENCE. I ever had at Home Depot!

I wish I had her name - she helped me very creatively load up some deck materials into my medium size suv. I think it was July 2 early afternoon, She was so helpful and sincere about it. We just barely got everything to fit. It matters when you're stressed out trying to meet a deadline, and you have to depend on people to do the work who aren't always that dependable, who btw came from the Home depot list of contractors (that's another review/story). To find someone genuinely kind and helpfu at Home Depot renews the spirit. If you can determine who that was, please give her an extra thank you. She is slightly tall, maybe not quite 5'9 like me, dark hair, slim med build, super nice girl. Thank you!

It is an absolute nightmare to shop at home depot!

Staff were visible, easy to find, and very approachable. Two employees greeted me as I walked the isles, and ensured I was finding everything okay.

I was purchasing a stove/range for my Son and Daughter-in-law. They went into the Tumwater store and chose the one they wanted. When I went into the store representative took the info I was given, confirmed it was the one my family had selected and processed the order promptly with great courtesy and kindness.

I've been trying to purchase a tool box for a bit. I've called a few times, and gone in person. Every person I've talked to has told me something different. It was finally admitted to me that the store did something they shouldn't have. Very frustrating.

use and home depot coupon for $ 75 off if spending $500 or more on HD card. Cashier didn't relay that would negate and over special offers , called when I got home , was told can't correct over phone, waiting on response back from store manager. 65 mile round trip to go to store to correct or return items i was over charged for.

I find it a pleasure to shop ar Home Depot as I am helped when going into the store as employees make me feel welcomed!

The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly, making my visit smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to shop somewhere where the employees care about providing excellent customer service. Definitely will be coming back!

Home Depot told me a riding mower was assembled and ready for pickup. I drove an hour with truck and trailer to pick up mower. Not assembled, I could take it in a crate or come back in a few days. I waited 2 hours for the crate and I will never shop at home depot again. Cub Cadet mower works as designed.

Need veteran discounts on all products

I needed a handrail to install on my back porch steps. I found what would work on the App, took a picture and showed it to the customer service agent that ordered and guaranteed a date said item would arrive. They offered free delivery but prefer picking it up.

I was shopping for ABS parts for a project my son and I were working on and was surprised at the high prices are HD. We also had a difficult time finding anyone to help us with questions.

Friendly staff excellent service, quick checkout

The cashiers are all great. Susan and Leslie are my go-to cashiers. They both have great attitudes and are engaging. Phil the supervisor came over and made sure I had everything I needed. My only complaint is those darn pin pads. Cashiers always have to help.

Good service when I need it.

No one greeted me in any department other than the man in hardware who helped me locate the glass I was looking for. I didn’t get his name but he was awesome The self checkout person didn’t greet, help, thank and also she stared down my purchase but offered no assistance I know you look for theft but seriously those of us that don’t steal would at least appreciate a smile or hello Or something crazy like can I help you with that? The atmosphere in this Home Depot has changed in the last month Just sad
