Best employees! So friendly & they all welcome baby Gabe like family. The store manager really cares about her customers, employees & community! We wouldn’t have been able to take in 5 emergency rescues wothout the help of this store

Over the last several years have found the staff to be great people who have regularly worked hard to help and provide good service.

Nearly every time I shop there are out of stock or unavailable items.

I only have a complaint about the woman who works at the ProDesk. The bid list she printed out for the deck I wanted to was $1500. Sun wood deck nothing fancy. Just 10x12x12 niches tall. She had buy 1500 screws, of various types(I have no idea what I was going to do with 1500 screws and 50 large bolts. I sat down with my brother in law and scaled it out when by his configuration and it cost $644. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone who knows what they are doing.

Helpful and friendly service, plumbing and electrical areas have knowledgeable experienced people who have been a help on several occasions.

We were more than pleased with the whole process from ordering our washer and dryer to the delivery.

I went in to gather up materials for a shed I’m building and an employee in the lumber department (Tyler) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He knew where everything was in the store and helped me gather all my supplies up for about 2 hours. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a home improvement store and some time.

I understand this is a problem at corporate not at the local store level and it is GREAT that they even offer a veteran discount at all... but the fact that I am required to add yet another app in my life is crazy. There is no reason that I can't scan the back of my military OD or have it linked to my phone number. I'm not railing against this app in particular but the idea that I have to have an app for everything in my life and if I choose to not use a smart phone I am not allowed to access some benefits in the world. I also understand that it is my choice not to have a smart phone but I will be leaving 0 star reviews until this is fixed. On to the Chehalis store it's self. There is WAY too much stuff in the center of your aisles. You can't get through many places with a cart and a wheel chair is a struggle. God forbid if you need to stop and look at something and there are other people trying to get through. There is not enough room for 2 people to pass in the aisle let alone walk next to one another.

I was really impressed with the huge selection of healthy plants in the garden center and the friendly, helpful staff at Home Depot. Also, they have a tremendous inventory of items to choose from. Melody Reasoner, Toledo, WA

Everything I have ever purchased at Home Depot has been great. They are always friendly and helpful.

When I was unable to find a part I needed, the Manager Marcus Southerlalnd went to search for it. When unable to find the exact part, he brought me a complete new product and offered it to me at an extreme discount. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide a positive shopping experience. Gerald kept checking to be sure I was ok, since I was tired and weak from surgery and had to sit down at customer service desk while Marcus and Kayden searched for the part I needed. Marcus also brought me an electric cart so I wouldn't need to walk to my car. What started out to be a painful and frustrating experience for me was turned to a very positive shopping trip by these excellent employees. Customer service at it's best in this store.

Overall, we love this store and frequent it often. Of course there have been times of frustration or a problem here and there, but that's to be expected when you go as much as we do. That being said, they always make things right and we are happy. It's a great store.

The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional with great suggestions to help me in my remodeling process! I appreciate the knowledge they share with me to help me save money yet give a quality remodeling job to my customer! Over the years I have appreciated the Home Depot staff for their help with products; their understanding of our local area and weather and what works best in building materials and supplies so that I am able to do a great quality job for my customers! The store employees are so helpful and friendly, especially Arial in Customer Service.

Love the plant section. Almost always have something I don't have yet. They usually have a sale on a tool I didn't know I needed but since the price is so good, I get one.

When I first walked in the store, I didn’t receive a very good feeling with the first female staff that I asked for help or point me in the direction for help. She did not do so after that another gentleman came along to help me, and then went and found two more store employees That assisted me with what I needed and went above and beyond to make phone calls to find exactly what I needed for my husband‘s Christmas present . Was able to go to the Lacey store to pick it up all staff there were extremely helpful as well, but if it wasn’t for those three employees that help me I would’ve never been able to find what I needed. I was so grateful and so happy I almost cried, thank you to those three staff as well as the cashier at the Chehalis store you made my experience an amazing one

i was looking for an entry key unit and was having trouble finding the right ones. A service worker took me where i found exactly what i wanted.

Too busy on her personal cell phone then were we did get help she had no clue that the item was in stock and stated that we would have to special order it until I pointed out that the item was marked in stock.

I was so please when Steve P. in plumbing helped me find some missing parts for my custom 'pipe' light fixture. He went out of his way to make my shopping experience a very positive experience.

This store is never a mess. Everyone is always willing to help and go the extra mile. Am I had the pleasure of working with Tom in The paint department. He was friendly and went the extra mile to match my old can of paint. He spoke to me as if we were old friends and had me laughing the entire time. Thank you Tom for an amazing visit. It was a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to coming back.
