This store employs people from our communities and they're easy to talk to and ask for advice/info.

The employees I spoke with are very helpful always, But sometimes it is hard to find help In the evenings .

Every time I go, it seems the store has more crap constricting the aisles, yet you can't keep you regular products in stock.

Sharon is the best. Went out of her way to help me purchase a wooden rolling work bench. She checked to see when more were coming and ended up selling me the floor model. It was a gift for my wife. She took care of me. thank you, Sharon, for reducing my stress level.

I explained because I wanted to, that I had bought two items because I had to take them home to see if I liked them for the house, and that I had every intention of returning them. I needed the visual effect. The worker understood exactly and did not make me fell bad.

The customer service associate named Sharon is horrible at her job. She has no customer service skills and was extremely rude to me. Would not refund my credit card unless I had the physical card. The card belongs to my husband. In this day and age the return can just be processed right back onto the card!

I want to say this... Be Care with how you purchase things at Home Depot. I buy ALOT of Holiday merchandise early so I can decorate my house the way I want it to look, When I go to return the merchandise with My Receipts I have to show my ID TO GET MY MONEY BACK??? No ID to Buy only to Return??? Do a Better Job here Home Depot for your honest customers

store was clean, easy to shop, associates are friendly and helpful

Staff was very helpful in finding products we were looking for. Also appreciated their help in loading our truck and assuring items were secure.

David, your employee, was very helpful answering my questions re. some lumber I asked about. He also took me to the power tool area even though that was not his department.

I'm so disappointed in my service at this store I went to return something and I don't think I have ever been treated more badly from employees at any store my husband and I shop here all the time well mostly he does but we are always doing projects around our house and such and we had some extra material that was kinda expensive that was left over so I thought I'd go ahead and return it and the lady treated me like I was robbing the store of thier last dollar she was rude short and insulting and I almost snapped but I kept my cool thru the whole thing treated her decently although she in my opinion did not return the favor so at the end I just leaned in and softly told her that she should treat ppl the way she wanted to be treated and that she was lucky that I have integrity and compassion but there is always a line and she had come real close to crossing it

I purchased a storage shed that I had found online; I went to the store to purchase it and all the associates involved were extremely helpful. They loaded it onto my trailer keeping safety foremost in mind not only for me and my trailer but for their safety and the safety of nearby customers

Great store and wonderful employees who are ready, willing, and able to help.

This store use to be clean and easy to shop. There is too much stuff in the way. Understand they are busy and getting a lot of freight in, but quit leaving stuff in the way of the customers. Too many customers complaining about this. I know I use to work here and my opinion means nothing to what management will think, but I have people asking me what happened to the way this store looks. Please fix it or people will shop somewhere else.

Gracie in the blind department was extremely helpful in making sure my blinds were cut to the exact measurements

We have been to all the Home Depots from Hawks Prarie to Aberdeen to Chehalis and in between and the customer service at the Chehalis location beats all the rest! Thank you to the team there for caring about your customers and going out of your way to be helpful!!

ALWAYS friendly and extremely helpful

Rachel was the store employee that helped us out today. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in appliances even though she works in the paint department. We were able to order our micro-hood and be on our way in twenty minutes. She was amazing! We only shop at the Chehalis Home Depot, the other local stores in the area lack customer service. But not Chehalis, employees are amazing!! Always will to answer questions!

I'll be honest, I walked into the store in a horrible, rude mood. But my day was literally made so much better by Lori, she was extremely helpful and positive. She found me the stupid metric measured bolt I needed for my mother's walker, and did so efficiently and helpfully. A hardware store is not the place you expect to have your day made, but I left that place with what I needed and a better attitude. Thank you, Lori!

Excellent customer service at the Chehalis Store. We just moved to the area and our last local store did not have this type of customer service. Great job to the manager at this store!!

Always have scar I need and cashier Jackie is always greeting everyone with a smile on her face. Makes the store very welcoming.
