Multiple choice 2 x 4 celing tiles, all in stock. Selected lowest cost tiles.

Overall everything went fine until checkout, had a large order, took to long to check out at the self checkouts. Not enough space to put all the items because items were large. More regular checkouts are needed because of large and heavy items. More associates are needed at checkouts.

The quality of the product I bought was so poor I am furious a company could knowingly sell it. This isn't the first time I bought something from Homedepot that was junk. Whatever happen to God's law "an honest day's work for honest day's pay". That goes double for selling things of value instead of junk purposely manufactured through planned obsolescence. The item was a watering can #WC81 by Dynamic Design from Ames True Temper. The plastic is as thin as a milk carton. It wouldn't last one season. So back it goes. Very greedy, un-american, sellout company.

Ialways go to this home depot before I go to menards or sears, I like to check out the nwer power tools and they seem to always have what I need.

I found if you ask you will get help. not always the one in that department but willing to help you.

6-2-2012 Mi father and I had the best service I have ever had from a Home Improvement Company. From the time I called and and was assisted by the plumbing person (I think Steve) to the ladies at the service desk along with Jimmy and Sean, it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at your store or any other. It is a real pleasure to see employees who enjoy their work and the people they serve. My heartfelt thanks for the fine service at what began as a very stressful morning for me (hot water tank went out). Ten stars for the Chicago Ridge Store and your employees.

Livia and Matt were great today. It was busy because of the sale and even though Livia was new and being trained, Matt had patience and showed her the shortcuts to quicken the procedures. Very friendly and courteous with great attitudes.

Mindy, Leonetta, & Bob are outstanding employees. They made our recent visit to Home Depot quick & easy. Mindy, who we have dealt with in the past, is by far our 'go to' person.

I needed some plywood for my couch. The Associate help me pick the correct type and thickness. it's working great. Saved me the cost of a new couch

I parked my car in the lot and pushed a cart I found in the lot towards the store. I wanted to go into the garden center to get big bags of Miraclegrow. The two cashiers on the left and right as you come into the store was busy with people that had flatbed carts and there was no way I could push my cart between them. I waited and thought about leaving my cart and finding another one in the garden area, but I never before was that lucky. I waiting until one of them finished their transaction and began to pull his flatbed forward and over to the side. I was able to fit through the opening and get my purchases. Did anyone measure the distance between cashiers and think about flatbed carts???

I am a US Navy veteran. I applied to get a veterans I'd card and they said I could get one because I make too much money. Therefore no 10% discount.

Angie Richardson is the best employee The Home Depot has ever hired; and I used to shop it when it was called "Home Base".

Always get friendly people and helpful staff. Last thing you want is when you ask a question you just get a question back.

My husband and I went to buy indoor/outdoor carpeting for our balcony. An associate asked us immediately if we needed help and was right on it when we said what we needed. Another associate then came to help cut the carpet and as they were rolling it out to cut, yet another associate came out to ask about the pre cut carpet because he heard the size that was needed and knew that there would be less waste and be a little cheaper. We were already thrilled that they figured out a way for us to cut it to have as little waste as possible and then there was an even better way! AMAZING! We were also helped with finding the supplies we needed and were instructed how to use them as well. VERY knowledgeable associates! We shop there all the time and have ALWAYS have a great experience!

I needed to replace a sump pump and disposal at our church. The associates were very friendly and helpful in finding the correct product and filling out the tax exempt paperwork. Thank you.

I was looking for a bonding agent or epoxy for cement. There was no one in the area that assisted me with my questions

Overall product was not appealing however cost was low. I would have appreciated help loading my car.
