Carrara marble not what it’s cracked up to be
Purchased Home Decorator collection vanity with Carrara marble counter top and sink. It cracked within 6 months and manufacturer who was supposed to warranty for 1 year and store which guarantees full refund for items purchased on Home Depot card both were less than willing to work with me on resolution. It was frustrating and I am still awaiting the final result. I have to purchase a new sink top with a gift card which will partially cover the cost and await another partial payment from manufacturer. Neither total the amount spent nor cover the fact that I will have to pay for uninstall of broken and reinstall of new. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least. And still waiting to see the final result.

      Great Customer Service!
      My wife and I had a plumbing issue come up under the kitchen sink and things just weren't right when we bought our house. In the first picture, everything is being help up with a scrub brush and when we removed that, everything fell apart. We went to our local Home Depot and talked with Mark and he was very kind and listened to my story and showed him my pictures and then said, "yep, let's go figure this out". He then helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do the job the right way by raising the S-Trap up a little bit and then went above and beyond and drew me a little picture to help me understand what I needed to do. The final picture is the finished project and it was inexpensive and made me feel really good to have received the help necessary and a job well done. Thank you Mark.

              Your customer service for insurance policies is horrendous I am writing to request reimbursement for a recent repair on my Whirlpool refrigerator, Model #WRS325SDHZ, Serial #245978. The repair was an out-of-pocket expense that I was forced to incur due to repeated issues with the Whirlpool service process. Beginning on July 29th 2025 and extending to the present, I attempted to have this issue resolved through your company’s provided service network. However, due to what I can only describe as the incompetence of the assigned technician, significant scheduling limitations, and a general lack of confidence in the process, the issue remained unresolved for a prolonged period. The series of failed appointments and communication breakdowns made it clear that I could not rely on the provided process to complete the repair in a timely and effective manner. Given the critical nature of a functioning refrigerator and the extended time-frame without a solution, it was in my best interests to seek alternative repair services. I chose to use an independent technical provider to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I have since paid for this repair and have attached a copy of the final bill for your reference. I understand that your company policy is to facilitate a reimbursement process for out-of-pocket expenses under certain circumstances. I believe the situation I experienced warrants such a reimbursement. The enclosed bill amounts to $444.54 for the successful repair of the appliance. I am hopeful that your company will be reasonable in facilitating the resolution of this issue and will honor this request for reimbursement. I am simply seeking to be made whole for an expense that should have been covered by the initial service agreement. Note that I have been trying to get this resolved since early August 2025.

                  Wrong item was delivered
                  I bought a washer and dryer. My closing on my house kept changing. From June 30th till Aug. I had three closing dates. They agree for me to rent house to start moving in and get my washer and dryer delivered. I didn't move in until Sept 26 and I didn't do any laundry till a week later. I struggled with the dryer not drying stuff for a week. Downloaded the LG app. Said it was malfunctioning so I called LG like the app suggested and they told me that it was a gas dryer and not an electric. Lg and home Depot refuse to help me. I'm so upset. The dryer had a plug and I know nothing about stuff.

                            Great technical help
                            I very often visit the Chippewa home Depot for supplies and help with plumbing or electrical projects around the house. I Love the fact that home Depot hires, knowledgeable electricians and plumbers to staff these two areas. I often go into these two departments not knowing exactly what I need, but I can always count on getting knowledgeable help.

                                    Don’t buy the roof warranty
                                    Bought a 20 year craftsmanship and shingle warranty in 2007 from the Home Depot and GAF shingles. The shingles failed and GAF wouldn’t back the shingles and Home Depot wouldn’t back the installation. That left me no where with either company. I replaced the roof myself. If Home Depot wants to improve on anything how about backing the warranty in which you promote and sell. Thanks for nothing

                                                        A great place to go for hardware, fasteners, cutting blades and etc. I rebuilt my basement steps with nuts&bolts, washers and got sawsall blades from 3 different manufacturers to compare performance ... juries not out on the latter but I've got enough variety to set what I buy in the future. Lots of angle iron to cut and the blades cut like butter until they got hot and worn out. With the steel and fasteners and rail/tread reinforcement I've got steps as sturdy as the Rock of Gibraltar ... no joke.

                                                            Every time I go into the Beaver Falls store I am greeted by several employees. They are all very helpful when I’m looking for something. I always leave there knowing I got good advice and great product(s). My last big purchase was custom blinds for my entire house. They came quicker than Carol stated and we installed them ourselves. They look great and are worth the money.
