I’ve been in this store several times since moving to the area. I’ve always found associates helpful and knowledgeable. I have no reason to go to a competitor. They’ve earned my business.

I had a very pleasant employee ( her name was Salina) help me at checkout. She was very helpful and I could tell she cared about her job. It was a pleasure shopping at Home Depot. She even thanked me for shopping at Home Depot

Whether it’s helping to load my car or answer a question, the local Home Depot in Chippewa provides friendly service. In this day and age, that’s rare!

I was treated throughout the store with kindness and interest. I didn’t have any trouble finding help and was approached several times offering help without request and being too pushy.

My wife and I were doing a bit of redecorating in our kitchen. We wanted to put down a carpet that wouldn't show footprints everywhere we walked. We had trouble deciding how to best accomplish what we wanted at a reasonable price, as our kitchen has an odd shape. With the help of your saleslady, we left the store with great satisfaction and confidence in our final decision.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly & helpful, didn't pass any employee who didn't ask if we needed help, very impressed! Had everything we were looking for! Will return to this Home Depot again! Thanks for the great service

I've been in home improvement stores where the staff is complacent, and only wants to get you out of there as fast as possible. This is NOT that store. EVERYONE I worked with was patient, kind and understanding, and SOOO willing to "show me the ropes on the new technology that will make my experience that much nicer. I commend the whole store on their reception and processing of customers. I will learn to LOVE this store.

It’s hard to find decent customer service these days and we had to hand it to Dave and to Carla with this specific store. They went above and beyond to make our view of going to this Home Depot a pleasant one. We went during a snow storm looking for a specific vanity that was showing 6 in-stock. After scouring the aisles top to bottom, we couldn’t find the one we were looking for. Dave asked us what we needed help with and point us to Carla, who helped us with a smile. She not only walked us to the aisle we needed but found the pallet in the way back of the store that housed the vanity we were looking for. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure we got the product we wanted. We had 2 guys unload the vanity and put it on our cart. We went to check out and Dave asked us if we got everything we needed. He was happy to hear that Carla was able to help and assisted us with the self check out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were so thankful for their help! Outstanding job to Carla and Dave - keep up the great work!! :)

When Spring arrives I can't wait to shop for bulbs, potted plants, and potting soil. I might buy some food for my little outdoor creatures too or some fertilizer or yard decorations.

It would be 5 stars, but for the casheir not being allowed to provide the military discount. I appreciate that you offer a military discount. I am not able to take advantage of it because of your only making it available to people who install your app on their phone, and my choice not to do that. What do you do for military members who do not have a smart phone? I hope you change this policy soon.
