This shopping center is about 2 miles up the road from where I live. The store was clean and products was easy to find. I was vary happy with the service I revived at check-in counter

Staff was readily available to assist. Store was very organized and clean. I was greeted upon entering and was assisted by no less than 3 employees and I was only there to purchase minor items. I felt welcome. Nice store. I would definitely shop here in the future.

store employees in the garden center went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Cashier shared her heater with me. . .it was cold out!!! Young man was very polite, and loaded our car with care. Super employees!

I had to raise my sewer vent 6 inches and cap it. The associate in plumbing knew exactly what I needed.

In a time when customer service does not seem to be the norm and priority on store associates minds, Marcia was a great example of customer service at it's best. She was patient, helpful and offered additional suggestions beyond just finding the products we were looking for, but suggesting other options that we may not have thought of for our project. Definitely not the experience that we have everyday.

I got a great deal on an unadvertised clearance of potting soil. The product was placed immediately upon entrance to the store so I did not even have to walk back to the garden shop to get what I came to buy. Lucky and a good deal.

great store, vast amount of stock availability. it amazes me how well versed each associate is in his or her related department. they always are able to give a good answer to questions., since my huband passed away seven years ago and I now own a three family rental dwelling, I love to wander around "the depot" and see what I would like or what I need for my house... when renovations were starting I knew that store almost as well as an associate ;)

The items I needed were in electrical and plumbing. I needed them before my electrician arrived and I was confused and stressed out. Although there weren't many associates available I was very lucky to find Sharon who works in lightbulbs and it was because of her that I rate my experience a 10. I've shopped at the store for 10 years and have never before met an associate so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and willing to go above and beyond to make a stressful situation less so. Sharon walked all over with me, found everything, and even did a computer search for unusual light bulbs. She also helped me find everything in plumbing which included items high up on shelves and which I'd never have found on my own. She expedited my checkout along with Cassandra on register who was also excellent, and made sure all the large items were put on carts for the contractor to pick up. I very much recommend her for a bonus or special recognition as the store is very lucky to have her as are any customers who are helped by her in the store.

Best Home Depot out there. They Treat Myself and my employees like Family. Staff super friendly store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received.

The product availability and outstanding customer service and don't forget the great sale prices and promotions; made Home Depot my choice for my Washer, Dryer & Refrigerator over Sears, Orvilles and Lowes. The Sales Associates were so very knowledgeable and helped me make the correct choice in a dryer (electrical vs gas according to my present hookup) preventing me having to return an appliance due to my error. As a woman I feel confident that sales associates will work with me to help me purchase what I need eventhough it takes alot more education and explaining what I don't understand so I know what I am purchasing and how to use it and how it will best service my needs. THANK YOU!

The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I'm in and out when I need to be; and when I'm not, I can see all the new products and sales. Their app is very well organized and navigable. The Vets discount really helps defray the cost of my purchase, too.
