The employee in the above department on this day really went out of his way helping me to purchase a Ryobi multi tool combo set. I was going to buy the tool and battery/charger separate when he explained Ryobi had a BOGO holiday sale !

Products purchased were in stock and located where Home Depot App described.

I've purchased several items many times and will continue to do so due to the competence and willingness to help of their employees!

Young punk who works there was clearly not helping the elderly with the machines. Very rude plus he was on his phone every chance he got while I was struggling trying to cash out myself.

I think there is excellent management at this store. Employees are always friendly and helpful here and seem to enjoy working at this location. Not that other locations are not good but I have noticed employees here go above and beyond to help customers and make them feel welcome.

After asking a question, the employee I was dealing with was friendly, helpful, informative and willing to spend all the time I needed for input and suggestions.

I had the most helpful guy in the paint department. Very knowledgeable and did not very to upsell. Was honest.

This Home Depot is by far the best in Western New York! The Store is always clean, the shelves are always stocked! The aisles are clear and uncluttered. The associated know their business and products! The leadership team is involved! I saw the Store Manager and assistant managers in the garden department helping customers, even loading mulch when it was busy! On another occasion while waiting in line for help at the service desk, the store manager went behind the counter and started helping customers to get rid on the line! This team definitely works as a team focused on customer satisfaction!

The ladies and gentleman that work checkout are awsome here! I come in about everyday for items i need to keep up with the demands of facilities repair. I work for a non profit so we are tax exempt I see most of the same peopl at checkout and they acctually know who am walk over half the time to enter my tax id without me having to spell it out . great service always plenty in stock

Spent $20k for personal home repairs in last couple months, buy trim that's all beat up, cut it a couple extra inches longer to get past the gouged, splintered ends and they charge you for every inch. Take better care in stocking and handling. Come to an understanding when someone buys beat up trim

Usually, this store is okay. But when I have to remove online orders from a lumber cart so I have a way to get sheets of plywood to the cashier, that's unacceptable. There were 6 small bags of soil and a doorknob for an online order taking up an entire lumber cart. I'll make sure I take pictures next time.

We went in planning to buy a refrigerator and had a great experience with Titus, an employee, talking us through options, answering questions, etc. We got a better deal than we planned on purchasing and are excited for delivery - they take of everything for you!
