The store was a typical Home Depot. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful in most cases.

We were warmly greeted by an associated at the door. She had a great smile and a wonderful sense of humor. Our cashier was very courteous and professional.

My experience at Home Depot was excellent. From the moment my online order was placed, to the finished work. Excellent experience and would definitely shop Home Depot in the future.

we had already picked out our appliances online. compared them to other stores. home depot was cheaper. we went in to pick them out and schedule a delivery. our sales associate chuck was beyond helpful!! he was all smiles and very pleasant. the whole process was short and painless. would highly recommend chuck to work with

Salesperson/associate clearly directed me to the aisle I needed and again, I was met with assistance from another associate in selecting exactly what I needed from the volume of stock. I was quickly in and out of the store and able to complete the rest of my errands without delays fumbling around for what I needed! Great job and a pleasure shopping!

We need a new kitchen faucet to replace one that was leaking and too difficult to fix. We found a new Delta kitchen faucet that was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Went it to shop for a washer. The Sales Associate was helpful and there was no pressure. I found a better than expected deal and the entire transaction including delivery was smooth!

After driving around to two other home depot stores and every Lowes within 25 miles of my home I have come to rely on the Clay store as my go to for everything. This store carries all the product lines for roofing and insulation. The store is very well organized and offers a rental center which is outstanding!

I had questions regarding will call (ordering materials in advance by phone) and they were very helpful. Now when I have several items to purchase I'm going this route everytime. I call in my order then arrive at the store to pick it up. Much easier and faster than me walking through the lumber department and loading each item onto the cart.

They have everything you need and the prices are reasonable. The store aisles can be a little cluttered when the staff is restocking, but I tend to shop at non-peak hours. Staff is very helpful.

I usually find what I'm looking for but if I don't, the associates are happy to order it online for me and have it shipped to the store or my home. Most associates not only help to locate some difficult to find items, they will take the time to explain applications or techniques and answer any of my questions which I feel is important. As a woman I feel I get just as much respect as the guys or professional contractors when I walk in there to buy plumbing parts or lumber. I love that I can walk off my home job-site covered with dirt or paint, walk into Home Depot and get treated with respect. I am literally in the store twice a week buying something for my home projects and I have always had a good experience. It's one of my favorite stores.

Unlike other locations in my area, the Clay store @6153 seems to have gotten things right. Personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to try to help. If a problem occurs, staff and management seem to try to resolve the issue to benefit the customer. This location is head and shoulders above the local competition. They've routinely gone out of their way to take the extra steps to make sure I'm taken care of. I've been very favorably impressed. Keep up the good work!

We had a great experience at this store in Clay. Our customer service was outstanding with a employee.I highly recommend this store for appliances.

The store was very clean and we were offered help more than once while shopping. We were offered assistance leading our vehicle and the young man had his arm in a sling and still offered. Very impressed.

Chuck was full of information and assistance when it came to provide me with info on french door refrigerators,. He was very helpful and took his time with me, as well as making sure other customers had availability to other sales associates. Very impressed and appreciative of the quality of service, thank you.

I have shopped at this store for years now and usually can find what I need on my own. On the occasions when I need help my experience with the associates has been positive. Especially in paint department and most recently in flooring. The sweet woman in flooring was very knowledgeable. I rarely shop for home items anywhere else and am not afraid of asking for help. often it is offered before I have to ask.
