I have been buying things at Home Depot 2 or 3 times a week as I am doing a renovation. Sales people are very helpful, giving product information, ordering, and helping me select appropriate fixtures for my sink. No problems with returns.

A great store with great personnel ! One stop shopping for all your home remodeling, construction, and landscaping needs !

Always a good selection of items to compare and website took me to the exact location for the item I wanted.

Door that I picked out had damage to the brick molding but since it was the only one in stock with the least damage I had to select it. I didn't even get a discount for the damage. Neither of the customer support guys in "windows and door" section of the store could find window and door "flashing tape" and after them looking it up on their computer they said we don't have any, but they could get it delivered there by August 28th (more than two weeks from that day). After I got home I looked it up online myself and I found; Nashua Window and Door Flashing Tape - 6' X 50ft. roll, Clay Store - 14 in stock - Aisle 27, Bay EC2. Also when I went to select (6) 2" X 6" X 8' lumber boards they were all split, cracked, live edge or damaged boards up front. I had to remove 22 boards to get down to some decent boards to select. I then was nice and put ALL 22 of the damaged boards back so the employees didn't have to.

Just a local home Depot, noting wrong, nothing spectacular. Has what you need for what you're doing.

I bought a broom and O cedar mop heads. I had formerly bought the O cedar pail which I love. I like to be able to take my mop heads off and wash them. The broom is a push broom that I can also use in my garage.

I was able to get exactly what I wanted at Home Depot Clay NY. This model is very quiet and I am glad they were able to get me the model I wanted. I also was able to find a nice folding top to put on it which makes it even more efficient in my home.

I recently visited the Home Depot in Liverpool and experienced outstanding customer service that deserves recognition. Hanna, a front service staff member, went above and beyond to resolve a payment issue I had with several gift cards. I informed Hanna about my previous difficulties using these cards at the Cicero store. She listened attentively and, drawing on her extensive knowledge, suggested a practical solution. When a $500 Visa gift card was initially declined, she recommended entering a smaller amount, which worked perfectly. This quick thinking saved me from another frustrating experience. Hanna expertly navigated our entire order and arranged delivery, all while managing ringing phones, assisting a line full of customers, and supporting her colleague with questions. Her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I have never had a bad experience at Home Depot. Whether I am shopping for a small item or a big project there is always plenty of friendly, courteous help. I especially like the ability to see if an item is in stock and exactly where it is in the store. Returns couldn't be easier, even without a sales receipt.

This store is always been such a pleasure to deal with. I moved recently to Brewerton, NY and I still prefer this store compare to my closest Home Depot.

I had a return tat didn't conform to store policy but which was legit. Kandi got two different managers involved and got it done.

The tools rental associate is very unprofessional. I have been in there numerous times and he doesn't like to help anyone and isn't interested in explaining anything to or helping a customer. I for one will be renting tools elsewhere from now on.

Kandi the sales cashier was extremely helpful! I was buying lily bulbs for a gift and she took the time to ask questions and give me so much information to ensure that we would get the most out of our lily’s. I really appreciate Kandi’s knowledge and that she took the time to share it with me!

Customer Service is ALIVE and WELL at the Liverpool store.

During my visit to the store, I was looking for an item as a gift for my son. Jody took the time to inquire as to what I was looking for specifically and when I was unable to locate it he went about finding a comparable item whilst I was shopping elsewhere in the store. Once he found me walking by again he pulled me over and presented what he found and it met what I was looking for. Jody did such a good job that I purchased more of a similar item. His willingness to help especially at this time of year was commendable and showed what kind of heart the staff at this Home Depot have. Thank you very much Jody and your crew at Clay Home Depot.

I went in to return a tool that I didn't need, I got the wrong kind, that was totally my mistake. What made this trip amazing was the cashier, Leslye. I have a son with special needs. Most people tend to ignore him, but she immediately started talking to him. She asked him about what game he was playing on his tablet, asked if he was going to watch the SU game today, and asked if he was helping his daddy with household projects. The fact that she took the time to do this and was so sweet to my special needs child, was nothing short of phenomenal customer service. Leslye, if you ever read this, thank you SOOO much for making my child feel calm and welcome in a place that is usually overwhelming for him.

1. Return line was 5 customers deep. HD return agent talked on phone for 10 minutes. No one waited on customers. 2nd HD agent was said to be on lunch. 2. HD Lumber agent cut plywood 1 inch wrong. 3. HD Lumber agent had a bad attitude, told me to go outside and get my own cart. 4. HD register did not have T1-11 siding in system. Customer had to take a picture of the sku on rack and bring it back to register.

I love this location for all the friendly staff that are helpful in every department. Staff (while working) would stop to help me find what I needed even though what I needed wasn't in their department. Awesome

I had to go to the paint department. I had several questions about what I needed. Aaron answered all of my questions and help me find all of the correct products. He also told me what isles to go to to finish my shopping that were not in his department at that time he truly was a huge help to me.
