I quickly found exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was outstanding.

I went in to buy a drill and some bits I had help when i needed it and the checkout line even though it was busy was smooth and organized so it didn't feel like a long wait.

We came in to purchase Barn Paint. The paint associate Kris, assisted us in locating the paint. I asked if the paint could be mixed, and Kris said no problem, and mixed the five, 5 gallon containers of paint with no hesitation or complaint. We wanted to open a Home Depot Credit Card, and Kris assisted us at the register, and helped us complete the application successfully, and we were able to open a new credit card account with no problem. Kris did an excellent job, great customer service.

I got the help and information I was looking for

I bought 2 post caps for my porch. The previous cashier couldn't get one to scan so he scanned the same one 2 times. I had to return them as they didn't fit and the cashier accused me of not buying it there when I in fact did and they can even check the cameras! So was so rude and kept saying I didn't buy it there, arguing with me like she was right. I left the store without buying anything and won't be back

Customer service lied and said that i was only receiving partial credit for a water heater i purchased 3 months ago because thats what the warranty pays when she actually did the return wrong as if i didn't have the receipt when i did have it, i purchased it online so i had the receipt. She should not be in customer service with her attitude.

Recently bought a RYOBI Hedge Trimmer at this store. Staff was professional, polite and very helpful. Only took twenty minutes to find, ask questions, and purchase the product! Very efficient at this Home Depot!

I bought some carpet for my bedroom and it looks great. The price was reasonable and the employees were very helpful

Deck sander was not even usable in Tool Rentals. The electrical cord had tape on it and peeling off on both connections. The velcro did not attach the pads at all. The sticky sand paper did not stick to pads you buy. Wasted so much money and still have to use our hand sander anyway.... No one came to help young kid load the car... They should NOT be renting this tool out EVER.

Its a satellite store and doesnt carry every thing i might need, but still go there quite often.

Ordered a universal tub with 12 jets and changing colored lights for my totally remodeled bathroom. It was a process two totally gut my downstairs bathroom but the finished product is absolutely beautiful. All the materials that I bought at Home Depot were of high-quality. But I have to say I absolutely love my tub!
