I am there once a week and do alot myself at 70 yrs old going to be 71 next month. I make alot of projects or repairs , landscaping at my own home

Last week we went to this location to buy 500 lbs of rocks. Upon arrival at 5:58 PM we were disappointed to find the garden center gates were locked. However, the sign posted on those gates clearly suggested the hours were 8AM-8PM. Loading 500 lbs onto a cart, through the entire store, back to our truck parked at the garden center and into the bed of our truck is a daunting task for a 60+ year old man.

We have had a project going on for a while and they always have everything we need.

Always great sales items on the isles. I don't think I've ever came into the store without something catching my eye in the isle, usually purchasing it. Today i came in for a mailbox and bought these. Didn't know i needed these till i saw them on the isle, one for me and my wife

I visited the Clay Lake Shores Home Depot after 8 PM on a Saturday night and encountered very helpful employees from entry to checkout and in each department in between. It was clear that they liked their jobs and wanted to serve the customers. This is what customer service looks like. Thank you, Home Depot.

I made my purchase to help ease some of the ac condensation runoff water ponding around my home's foundation. As usual the store was clean, well stocked, and the staff were knowledgeable as well as helpful.

I bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago & the worker who helped us load it on the cart was very helpful. He gave us all sorts of tips for transporting it home & made sure we were well taken care of before we left the store.

I shop in this store all of the time. It always has what I need. Always greeted coming in. Store seems underrated in light of my own experiences. I visit at least several times a week.

I shop primarily at Home Depot stores. I am a handyman and therefore become involved in a variety of repairs. Home Depot always seems to have the right products or solutions for my endeavors. Floor staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. If I over purchase or have a problem with a product, I have never experienced problem with obtaining a refund or store credit.

Employees at customer service were unfriendly and acted like they were being interrupted in order to help the long line of customers that were waiting to be helped.

Exceptional service from Steven with an awful situation. I highly recommend asking for him.

Mr. Pate went beyond any other employee to help me get the right refrigerator.

There needs to be more communication between the contractors desk and the people pulling orders.

I was looking for a wooden mail box post and I couldn't find them and it showed online that they were instock and I went to a employee and I told her what I was looking for and she looked it up and she told me they were on isle 11 where the mail boxes were and low and behold no wooden mail box post so I finally found them on a end cap..other than that my experience was good

I hate going to the Home Depot on Freeway ‘45’ parking lot is too small, customer service is BAD especially for older people like myself who needs help!!! It is cleaner and more spacious.

Had to return 115 lb window unit in pieces in my car, got to the store and could not get a manager to help. The cashier was rushed, the lot guys were great getting the pieces out of my car without scratching it. I put the thing on will call and try to get a manager again Sunday for over 15 minutes and again Monday. Finally a cashier named Desiree actually took the interest and the time to help me. As a senior this was especially distressing and I was in tears at the store. Completely unacceptable from management! And I thought this was the best of the local home depots!

Brooke in Lawn and Garden will check on ordering a plant you are currently out of. Paint dept had what I wanted and was asked if I needed help to find it...and I did!

I came in to purchase a refrigerator and Carole went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed to fit in the place that my refrigerator needed to go

When I went to check out at the Garden Center, Brooke was Manning the register she is awesome. She’s waited on us many times and is so knowledgeable and so customer service driven.

need some people in there. I finally chased down a couple of ladies to help with bait,plant pffd,and various garden stuff.

Placed an order for delivery. Portions of order were not there. Was pro.ised delivery the next day that did not happen. Had to go to the store and track it down myself. In the mean time it cost me 15 hours payroll for 2 men for 197.00 dollars worth of missing material. The only person who cared enough to help was the Customer service lady Beth. The management could care less and did nothing to rectify the situation. It was product they had on their shelves so NO EXCUSE .

Brooke is the best employee y'all have! Always friendly, greets me and lots of other customers by name.

I am a frequent return shopper. Staff here is always helpful. It's really a great store. I'm always greeted and people ask how they can help when I come in. They always tell us goodbye going out the door. Overall, my best experience at any home depot store.

I bought Garage door Opener and it’s working great staff are very helpful. I will Say specifically to their COS Maui who is responsible for all the installation. She’s doing above and beyond following up.

Ordered a Traeger grill and chose the free assembly option. After I got home, I discovered that multiple items were missing, including the power cord and temperature probe. I also discovered that they tried to pass off a display model instead of assembling a new unit out of the box.

When you shop look for a very knowledgeable employee Lita Palessen. She will help you with everything. She is very patient and very knowledgeable from colors to measurements or for any snmall detail. She is the captain of the ship! Look for Maui Moussa as well . I don’t regret entrusting my big project to Home depot because of Lita Palessen and Maui. Everything went smoothly. I will never shop to any branch other than this branch near Kemal Ckear lake Branck. Thank you.
