I was looking for a gift card for a birthday. There was a nice selection near the front of the store. I chose one and was quickly checked out by a friendly and efficient cashier. It was a totally satisfying shopping experience.

I always enjoy walking in to Home Depot. This store in particular seems to always be clean and organized. I can not think of a time a greeter was not at the front door to say hello (usually a vet). I highly recommend visiting this store if you need any products that they have. Staff is usually pretty helpful.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened. I am not a contractor at this time but I was in the past. However I am a home owner and have added on to my house and me and my brother do the upkeep on our parents house. I have helped build 2 churches in the area. Not to mention all the work hurricane Ike caused in this area. The people at the Clear Lake Shores store was there with almost every thing that we needed.

The employees here are knowledgable and very helpful. I love it here!

Great store - great people. I have been to some stores and found the associates less thank knowledgeable in their area of "expertise". This store is the one place that I actually feel I can ask a question and get a real answer!

Store is always clean and well lite with good products at good prices.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Larry in appliances. He was knowledgeable and explained exactly what I needed to do to install my dryer. He took me to the parts I needed and helped me pick them out. He explained how to install the parts and made sure I had everything I needed for success. He is a role model for great customer service.

Every time I go into this store the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the store - this is my favorite place.

I had no idea what to look for when I went Christmas tree shopping. This was my first real tree. The guys working the tree section were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me find the right tree for my home. I had them pull out 4 or 5 different trees and they were willing to pull out more for me to look at. Over all I'm proud of our pick and the tree is lovely :)

I went in there yesterday to get a couple things for the house I just purchased and I must say I was very impressed by the great customer service I received from the store associate there Mark Cate he is so very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Home Depot needs more associates like Mark.

The employees, each and everyone I have come in contact with, are the friendliest of all Home Depot stores in a 50 mile radius. They all smile, are helpful and treat everyone with sincerity of their requests.

Brian and Bob helped us locate the right Christmas Tree for us! They trimmed it, wrapped it, and tied to the top of the ole grocery getter and we made it safely home. Let's just say lunch was on me today for those guys. Well done! Cheers, Mat Seabrook, TX
