I love home depot, sometimes your prices might exceed, but I always seem to find the items, and the person with the know how, and that is fantastic.

Cleburne Home Depot is great. If you need help in anyway they are there for you. They are also very friendly. I recommend this store to everyone!

We had a simple, fulfilling visit. Came in found what we wanted, got help from an employee, then checked out. No issues.

I HAD CHECKED AROUND & PRICED WOOD TO BUILD A DECK. FOUND AT YOUR STORE THE BEST PRICES & FOUND AN INSTRUCTION PAPER ON WHAT WE WOULD NEED & HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER. WE WILL BUY EVERYTHING WE NEED FROM HOME DEPOT. WE KNOW IF WE NEED ANY HELP THEY WILL HELP US.

We recently purchased flooring for most of our house. The Home Depots prices were priced excellent. Better than the prices was the associate that helped us out. He was phenomenal, I can't say enough how great of a job he did!!! I'll continue to shop here for all of my flooring needs.

Had move to this area almost a year ago and have used home depot at least 100 times in this time period. Bought everything I need while we were building this house and still use it for all our garden and house needs. Find everything I need with no problem.

The Cleburne Home Depot is such a pleasant store to visit. I have always been greeted by any and all associates on every visit. They are always so very helpful if I'm ever searching for a product that I am unable to locate myself. The associates are always quick to give helpful suggestions or tips and always just very friendly! The store is always clean and I always have a very pleasant experience eact time I shop at Home Depot!

I didn't expect it to be perfect but it was cluttered

i went in because i saw on line that a product for an echo trimmer was in stock. Once a store associate got to me i was informed that they never had the item. i left. seems to me that either the on line people dont have a clue of what their stores have or the associates arent well informed of what their store has.

Store Associates was very friendly and helpful. Did not have to go look for help.

I went to Home Depot for some products to repair some things at home. I ask were I could find what I needed and was took to it. It can't get better than that.

the store is quite friendly, but my recommendation for some type of commendation would have to be for Sharon and Katelinn in gardening. They are most helpful and even go get the items I'm inquirying about about and bring me choices and will give honest opinions when I ask for them. Please make sure these ladies are given special attention and Kudos from this satisfied customer.

There is a definate lack of concern for customers from the younger associates. The older associates at Home Depot are much more concerned about Home Depot customers and willing to help and offer assistance. The younger generation has missed out on critical skills needed to succeed in the customer assistance category and could learn a great deal from their older associates. Maybe a mentoring program is in order.???

Your more advanced or retired professionals are the company's best asset as far as customer service questions and being helpful. The younger generation of workers today do not offer the expertise as these older individuals offer and the younger generation of workers are not as helpful or courteous.
