I came into the store to purchase a light switch and noticed the appliance section. I needed a new washer and looked them over but was still uncertain which one would best suit my needs. The salesman was attentive and took the time to guide me through the information that I needed to make a decision. After selecting what I felt like was a fit for me, I made the purchase! I’m looking forward to the free delivery and installation of my new Maytag washer! Thank you Home Depot!

Awesome, Great store

Absolutely awful customer service during purchase of all new kitchen appliances. Go anywhere else.

We purchased carpet & was told that the purchase could be cancelled within 3 days for any reason , but when tried to cancel the order we were told that we would have to pay a 15% restocking fee which wasn't apart of the original agreement.

Store is always clean and employees friendly. I don’t shop anywhere else but this store! Never been disappointed!

I am in this store frequently, often several times per week due to maintenance work on investment properties. The people are very service oriented and willing to help. Some have tremendous experience with products and their applications, so I sometimes use them as "consultants" for various projects. However, staffing is sometimes low and I can usually tell when a newbie staffer is struggling to understand my question about an product, let alone provide value added service. I know that finding and retaining qualified workers is a big issue in our economy, so it is difficult to single out HD as failing. The situation is very frustrating, when I need some expertise to help determine what to purchase.

If you need a kitchen design with appliances go see Brandi and Donya. Not only are they experienced at creating a beautiful kitchen, they are genuinely nice people to work with.

When I thought the store didn't have what I needed I asked and got everything. The employees worked together to help me get my supplies and were very friendly. Said they would see me next time! Such a great experience.

Friendly staff joked with me as we entered. I was also quickly and accurately assisted by Timothy. This allowed me to shop quickly and without any stress of not finding the right materials. (I'm redoing my Mom's house as a surprise gift while I'm visiting in CBus.

Ordered first toilet, came broken by shipper. Second toilet delivered to store, broken. No call from the store, no email on either delivery. They stalled me for 12 days until I had had my fill of no contact from them. I returned all the items and am no longer a Home Depot customer.

Got exactly what I needed in record time

We have purchased many items at the Cleveland Ave Store and find that the quality is excellent and employees always ready to help us find things. This was not the case a year ago - there is great improvement - all we do is ask for what we need and it is shown where it is and answers any question about the product.

I shop here regularly.

I bought an item for my elderly neighbor that was higher price in the store than online, so the cashier honored the listed online price and gave an additional discount.

Devlin was the girl that wanted on us and she was amazing. Hope everyone meet a devlin on there shopping trip.

Otty provided amazing customer service in the paint department that started with a phone call and ended with the stain and supplies I needed to complete my project. He was patient and answered every question I had and focused on me as the customer. It was refreshing to have such a great experience where in other stores, I cannot even locate one employee to answer my questions.
