Every time I have visited store 3818 has been very pleasant and sometimes because of the helpful clerks i find what I need right away then I take extra time to look around rather than just run in to get exactly what I want & run back out.

Great selection, responsive staff. Self check out works well.

It's always easy for me to find what I need. If for whatever reason I can't, I can always easily find an employee that will help me out. Customer service is pretty good most of the time.

This store offers what is needed to get stuff fixed at my home. I like going to this location. The people that work here do the best they can within reason and are good at sharing what they do know without pretending to know more than they know.

The store was clean the workers were helpful when you could find one.

I needed plumbing supplies and was assisted by a staff associate, who listened carefully to what I wanted, took his time walking me through the many brands of items and ultimately helped me decide which choices to make. He made this visit so positive, and I had no trouble installing everything. Once again, Home Depot rocks!

WOULD MOST DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN FOR SERVICE AND CONVENIENCE. ASSOCIATES AND THE CASHIERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

Terrible experience trying to get carpet install measure. Flooring department needs improvement as well as the entire store. I refuse to go back.

I can spend hours shopping Home depot. I love the modern items that Home depot offers.

After exiting the Para-Transit bus I'd arrived on and one hour to shop Home Depot as well as Dave's Supermarket, I entered Home Depot expecting to be held up looking for desired purchase and long lines. Neither happened. I was pleasantly surprised to look up to see the sign indicating the section I wanted. I hurried to section ten where I immediately noticed an associate working right where the item I needed was located. I didn't have to bother him. I grabbed my selection, then hurried to the checkout section. I had a choice of self-checkout or regular checkout. I chose regular. With only one customer ahead of me, I was quickly out of the store with 45 minutes to walk to Dave's Market, shop for groceries, and step right back on the Para-Transit Bus as it pulled up right on time! I'd say I had a pretty good day!

This is a great store they have what I need most times .. home depot do need a stronger drain cleaner . Something like assault. They stuff you currently carry is not strong enough . You need assault to do the job.

In my experience with this store, I have never had to speak with more than 2 associates to find a product or information about a product. The store associates are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

THIS STORE LACKS CARING HELP AND ORGANIZATION-I LEAVE MY AREA AND DRIVE SEVERAL MILES TO THE WILSON MILLS STORE

It seems that my favorite Home Depot store is cutting back on its inventory, especially in the Hardware/Tool section. But my favorite cashier, Joanne, is still there and still extremely efficient and friendly.

The associate was not very knowledgable and was not able to help us special order what we needed.

I had such a great experience was kind of upset car went dead at. In the parking lot a associate from home depot ask me if he could help I said yes he found out my battery had a bad call help me get the right battery and get me back to work on time and I would like to say thanks to the young man in electronical for the help

The store associate, a young man who had only worked there for a few months, helped me with finding the right door, the correct brass handle and then getting a cart to carry the door to the check out counter, and then out to my car was most helpful. I could not handle the door by myself. He also helped me find a door sweep for another storm door that I had purchased at Home Depot in June, which another older Home Depot employee in that doors and windows department said did not exist in the store. This young Store Associate made my shopping trip to Home Depot (Store #3818) on Oct. 8, 2015. a very pleasant experience.

Found what I wanted without any problems or help & checked out without having to wait.

I have been to this store many times and they are always out of stock.and to takes several weeks for them to get the item back in stock. I always need the product then.thata why I have to go to LOWES

The products were displayed well and the prices were marked clear. The cashier was very friendly.

This review is mainly for the excellent customer service I received from C1, Huc, and Emilie. These employees were so incredibly helpful. They approached me when they saw me looking lost, helped me well beyond what they are required, and gave me advice on my project. There is no way I would have been able to complete my project without their help and they also saved me several trips back and forth to the store. Thank you so much!

Always an available Associate when I need one. Someone always has the DIY knowledge to guide me on my many projects.
