Cashier was friendly; was able to check out in a very reasonable amount of time; and able to find my items quickly in the store. This was a very clean and organized Home Depot...will definitely visit again.

Our Kitchen Design Consultant was outstanding! His designs were creative, thoughtful, practical and aligned with our style, needs and finances. He was available in person and by telephone for any and all questions, big or small, as we progressed through our kitchen remodeling project. Further, he was always enthusiastic, patient and honest at each and every turn, and he is extremely knowledgeable about all the products. We would not have believed that a large home improvement store could offer such expertise and affordability. Thank you, Home Depot, for providing such a high level of professionalism through your Design Consultant to complement your excellent name brand kitchen remodeling items. Mille grazie!

You have an associate (she said her name was Troy) who works in this store actually who approaches customers and ask if they need help!!!!! Whatever she knows should be taught to all your associates who in all my years of shopping there generally appear to try and avoid their customers. Very courteous and very professional too!!!

I bought a dryer in store on 7/4/11. A very helpful assoc. helped load it into my car. We brought it home, carried it down to the basement only to find that it did not work. Went back to store 7/5, ordered a different brand and scheduled it for delivery 7/11/15. When deliv. co. called to confirm time, I was told they could NOT take nonfunctional dryer back to store as they were only HD subcontractors. I then called the store and spoke to the manager, Terrence. He said, "No problem! I'll send two of my guys from the store to pick up the dryer." THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES!!! Kudos to you, Terrence!! THAT is the way to take care of your customers!!! I've been an HD customer for years and will remain one for years to come!! I❤️HD!!!!

I travel around the city and have shopped at most of the Home Depot's in the Cleveland area. the Cleveland Heights store is by far the best. The associates are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are both accessible and willing to let you alone if you don't need help. You never have to search for an associate to assist you. I have come in with project ideas and sketches and asked for fairly involved technical advise and suggestions. Associates have consulted with each other to come up with the best possible solutions to my problems. I appreciate the time and effort they have given me while still attending to other customers. Having been on the other side of the aisle, so to speak, where an associate is working with another customer, I have been able to ask quick questions, directions, or advice from the associate. They have politely stepped away from their customer, answered my question and returned to their customer. Their advice has been spot on. And more importantly, if they are uncertain, they will ask a senior associate for suggestions as well. They generally seem to enjoy going beyond the minimum service. Fast friendly check-outs. The store is always clean and fresh. The aisles are easy to pass through. The store layout is easy to navigate, the aisles are well marked, the lighting is bright without being blinding. Products are consistently in the right slots, well marked, and easy to reach.

I love the Ridgid warranty. I bought a Drill/Driver set with a radio and 2 batteries. The drill, driver and batteries are great, nice design and plenty of power. My only concern is that they actually honor it. I have read of a few people actually getting replacement batteries and repairs, but I have read far more reviews saying that people had to jump through unnecessary "hoops" and were still refused warranty replacement of tools or batteries.

I was impress with Ms. Shirley the associate/ Garden dept who gave me excellent customer service very knowledge extreme helpful i have been coming to this store over 5 years and for the first time someone who know what they are talking about instead of just pointing or trying to find the product without a clue of what they are doing excellent associate i am glad to see her at my favorite home depot store.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, availability and knowledge of every associate I saw, today. I visited the paint department, flooring and cleaning department and garden center. Each time, I needed assistance or information and each time, an associate was right there to help. Something about this store has changed for the better and I am a very happy customer!
