We felt as though we were extremely bothersome to most employees. The store was not busy at all but it took forever to be helped and the employees were rude.

Love this store

I am so thankful for the employees at Our Home Depot several times I have went there with a project I needed to do without much knowledge only to be took step by step getting what I needed and explained how to complete the project. Over and Beyond any help I've received anywhere else!

I drive past Lowe's ,where the grumpiest employees in Cleveland work, to Home Depot where friendliness and customer service matter.

I was in this store early on a Sunday morning, and feeling very frustrated at not finding the paint that I needed. I was greeted at the door, and headed for the paint section. After spending some time trying to located the paint, an employee offered assistance, and tracked down the spray paint which is a new product and was not yet on the shelf... but was in still in the box high up on a shelf. Her determination to locate that box saved me much time and frustration as that was my last stop to find that paint. At another home improvement store, an employee tried to convince me that another shade would work just as well....no, no, no.

This Home Depot is Great! The employees will help you find what you are looking for if needed.

My husband & I have always been DIY people and Home Depot is our go-to place. The sales staff are always helpful. I'm excited to here about the "Find it directory" and can't wait to use it!

The customer service I received from two of the four associates I came in contact with was excellent. It made my shopping experience memorable, reminded me of how it was when the homedepot first opened.

I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service I receive at this store! Great job ! Employees that care about their job and take their job serious ! It's More than just a paycheck and it shows !!!!

My son , age 7 is one of the cashiers biggest fan shannon most of all for asking him ahout the kids workshop and then makin hom a little reminder note to out on his calendar .. which he is loyal to .. thank you so much for all the friendliness at the registers ... it means alot to see a smiling face . You must be a great place to work

I appreciate the excellent service I received tonight while choosing an oven range and microwave! Customer Service means a lot to me and I was satisfied. I can't wait to see how my new appliances will look in my kitchen. Ai trust they will be a good choice.

Even though i was one of few customers in the store, no one spoke to me or offered help. Granted, it was around 7 am but ignoring customers ensures they gonna quarter mile further up the street to lowes. And having one brand of bench grinder makes me not want to shop your store for tools in the future.

Our friends were hit hard by a tornado that swept across Highway 307 in Athens, TN on 11/30/2016. When we went to the store early that morning to pick up supplies, the store manager, Alta-Marie DeBarros asked if she could help. We told her about our need for plywood, 2’x4’s, tarps, etc. and various employees provided my husband and I with the assistance we needed to purchase supplies. In the meantime, Ms. DeBarros loaded a pallet of water, plus buckets and gloves onto a Home Depot truck and followed us to the Emergency Command Center in Athens (35 miles from her store location). She offered assistance on behalf of Home Depot to those in authority. In time of need, Home Depot came through for our friends and the community of Athens. We have shopped at Home Depot of Cleveland, TN for many years but on that day we experienced the generosity and caring spirit of the Home Depot personnel. Thanks to you all and especially to Store Manager, Alta-Marie DeBarros.

The Home Depot in Cleveland was very neat, fully stocked and ready to help me with everything I needed! My husband is a carpenter so I'm in this store a lot to purchase anything from nails to miter saws. The staff always seems to know exactly where everything is and is willing to walk me right to the product I need. During my most recent visit to Home Depot I was purchasing a gift for my husband that was a bit for much for me to handle (miter saws are heavy). Not only did an associate find and bring the item to me, he offered to load the item in my car. The cashier at the customer service desk was also extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to pull up my account and seemed happy to do so. I will never go to their competitor again. The service and prices at Home Depot can't be beat! I love this store and the people that work here are phenomenal!

We chose to buy our Christmas tree from Home Depot after viewing their video on the website about how the grow and manage their trees. Their trees arrive in their stores within 3-4 days of cutting. The store had just received a shipment and the trees were beautiful. Employees were readily available to help with packing and loading our tree.

The associates are always helpful and friendly. The store is always very neat and clean. Unlike other stores you can always find somebody to help you at cleveland tn homedepot!

This store has employees willing to help without the need to go track someone down. I was greeted at the door then when I had located the product I needed out of nowhere an associate began helping me load. This is the kind of shopping experience customers deserve.

We went in looking for a washer and were helped by a very knowledgable guy Hunter and made our purchase in record time. Then we thought of one small item we needed and another associate which I wish I had his name was so kind and used his personal phone and data to track down what we needed. He even lead us across the store to exactly where it was!! Excellent employees!!

THE STORE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION ALWAYS GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP YOU , EVEN IF IT IS NOT THEIR DEPT. I HAVE STARTED TO GO TO HOME DEPOT OVER OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES FOR THIS REASON ALONE . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!

WENT TO GET FLOORING FOR RENTALS THE SALES PEOPLE FROM THE FRONT DOOR SHOWED ME WHERE TO GO ,THEN THE ASSOICATES INTHE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN CHECKING THE SEE THE AMOUNT OF FLOORING AVAILABLE TO AMOUNT NEEDED THEN THEN SERCHED FOR THE BEST DISCOUNT FOR ME . MY FRIEND WAS WITH ME FROM OUT OF TOWN AND SHE EVEN SAID NOW THATS CUSTOR SERVICE ,IT MADE MY DAY TO GET THE EXTRA OFF SAVED 240.00
