HD filters are great and cost effective compare to other brands for same merve ratings. Always use this for my home and able to replace sooner due to cost effectiveness.

This store is messy from top to bottom.

The woman at the returns courtesy of pick up Department. Her name is Sue was very friendly and helpful. You need more people like her instead of the other lazy people in the isles when you can find.One

I had previously went to another store to purchase custom shades but walked out because the the process was overwhelming. When Brenda approached me at home depot she was patient, knowledgeable and kind. With her help I was able to build and purchase my custom blinds.

Needed help with selecting a sump pump with the recent rain, but no luck with finding a service person. Found the last sump pump in a damaged box on the shelf; I bought it, it worked, but the experience should have been better. Lots of staff at the self-check out counter; maybe they should be helping customers!?!

Unlike other home depot, the staff at the Home Depot in Clifton are friendly and helpful. They try to cater to one's need and are knowledgeable about the products they sell.

The last 5 times I purchased paint here the employees put a dab of wet paint on the lid. For many years this has been done but the paint was also dried with a heat gun. They no longer have a heat gun and just hand you paint cans with wet paint on them. Why would employees be instructed to do this? Would you put anything in your car with wet paint on it and potential to spread? I certainly wouldn't. What if I didn't know the paint was wet and touched it with my hand? Am I supposed to just wipe it off on my pants? Either give the employees back the heat gun or instruct them not to hand customers anything with wet paint on it.

THERES PARKING AS ALWAYS I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MORE PRICES WHERE OK. ALSO THEY ARE SELLING MORE PRODUCTS FOR HOME LIKE CLEANING SUPPLIES

Went there last week for 2 1/2 gallon pail of kerosene. He said you had 48 there was not one to be found. Supposedly it was all the way up on top and nobody ever took them down went back the next day they still weren’t put away.

I have been going to the Home Depot in Clifton New Jersey for many years. This is my go to store for all hardware painting, and other needs. Today’s experience was excellent. Ken, who works in electrical was very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me options and ultimately helped guide me into a better position for the repairs I have to make. I purchased many small items. The only downfall was they did not have bags or even boxes to put small items in. I nearly lost an item because it nearly slipped out from one of the gaps inside of the cart. This is a very busy Home Depot. They should have bags in abundance here.

When I couldn't find the item I needed, a very helpful salesman went out of his way to help me locate it.

Living in this particular area for 10 years now and usually always coming to this Home Depot, never had a bad experience whenever I’ve popped in to get whatever needed, *thankfully*. Clean, stocked, organized, and generally friendly staff!

I always have a good experience at Home Depot. Employees were happy to help. Store is easy to find what you need.

My complex return transaction was handled with great care, courtesy, and consideration by Kaitlyn, Louis, and Frank. Kaitlyn is the calmest, most relaxed and ultra-patient Home Depot associate I ever met. Her cheerful attitude, friendly disposition, and good-natured personality turned even the most complicated situation into a pleasant experience. Store Associate Manager Louis is caring, consummately professional, and provided invaluable assistance. Guiding this wonderful crew is Store Manager Frank, who works beyond his job requirements and truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction. They are a terrific, tremendously talented team, and their store is my favorite Home Depot!

Suzanne in the flower nursery was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. They really take care of the flowers here...better than all the rest of the other home depots who let the flowers dry out

Needed garden supply's and was very happy with the selection on hand.

We're replacing some old kitchen cabinets & we went to so many other Home Depots, but the best one is CLIFTON!!! We were helped by MS. Brenda Mathis. She is wonderful!! She kind, professional, and truly listens to all of your needs. She took her time in helping us until we had purchased everything there!! Clifton's Home Depot - by far, the best one out there!!!

WENT TO CLIFTON STORE AS ORANGE WAS OUT OF STOCK FOR WHAT I NEEDED. THE STORE WAS FULLY STOCKED AND BOTH SERVICE REPS WERE EXCELLENT, BOTH BEATRICE IN THE ELECTRICAL ISLE AND KATARZNA WHO HELPED WITH THE CHECK OUT. PLEASE COMMEND BOTH THESE LADIES FOR ME!

Sales cashier Dorothy has one of the best customer service mannerisms I have seen in years. She helped me check out and resolved an issue I had with my military discount. Dorothy I salute you.

From multiple different issues including larger purchases, not the appropriate help or assistance available, bad attitudes and poor customer service, and now just a sheer disregarding of common sense. Whatever issues they have with check out where the people are always helping you at self check out which completely doesn't make it no longer self check out, they're actually causing issues. They don't have any set up line. Customers keep getting into it with one another other over who's next and where the line starts, and then todart's comment and today to really shock everyone the employee took the 2 newest people who had just walked up next and created a abracadabra moment where everyone waiting In the line down the tool section who was clearly next, was only cash customers even if they intended to pay with the card. It was so illogical we left all of our items out of principle and went to the Blue competitor.

Went in to get some shelving and of course not stocked on shelf. Had to wait 25 min after asking 3 people who all replied "not my department." Overall store was dimly lit - no air conditioning, poor people who work in the store.
