Went shopping for something specific, found it easily. A rug. Associate approached me and asked if I had any questions or needed help. She was very nice and assisted me in finding the sizes that I needed.

Had an uncommon problem, to resolve. Sales associate took the time necessary with me to think thru various options, made several recommendations and walked me thru the process. Astounded with the results. Great experience. Better than I had expected. Drove home smiling.

Very satisfied by the help of the store employees. I was very thankful for them. I purchased carpet. I can't wait to get it!

The check out/return lane at the end has been changed for the worse. It has been changed to only one long counter, set back so it's very difficult to get anything of any length into the space. The actual checkout register is against the wall, so it's hard to even get a cart up to it., and with only 2 people in line it caused a traffic jam, and mass confusion. Very poor design choice, hopefully will change it back.

Not a lot of consumers so I was in and out so I could spend time with my family

I was very happy with the clerk who help me.She was very friendly and knew right where the product was that I needed and took me to it.Then ask if I needed help finding anything eles. When I went to check out one line was busy but another clerk came was very nice ask if I had found what I needed and ask if I wanted to use my Home Depot card. Very nice to have people this time of year be so friendly and nice as I left the lady taking care of the carts said have a good day.

Store associates need to be knowledgeable about all areas of the store. Products need to be available upon purchase if in ad.

Tim helped me in the paint dept, took the time to explain the different types of paint finishes and was very patient at answering all of my questions. I had absolutely no wait time because Tim was very observant that I needed assistance!

Josh, was happy to help me in loading 16 foot 2inch by 6 inch boards on a cart and then cut the boards into specific lengths. He measured the cuts as I wished. Charlotte, the checkout clerk was happy for Josh when I told her how helpful he was. It felt good to see she was pleased with her co-worker. I enjoyed my visit to Home depot today.

The morning I stopped at the store, of course, I was in a hurry. I asked where I could find the coiled roofing nails. I was told to check in isle 14. I walked down and back two times not wanting to ask again. Swallowing the "I'm a real man and don't ask twice for help" pride, I asked the ladies behind the check out counter. They knew exactly where the nails were. An associate came quickly to get the box I needed from the floor for me. Thanks for your help.

The home Depot in Clinton ia. Had plenty of inventory and products to choose from.

We bought a snowblower, a toilet, and a freezer, we had great help with each purchase.

I generally do not comment unless I have visited a store at least a dozen times over a period of months,but I must say, this store in Clinton sure seems to excel in all areas each time I go there. The store,staff and the whole experience go together and you want for nothing.

Had a great guy help me get the floor tile I needed. First using short ladder to get the boxes way back on shelf then, large ladder climbing up top for additional boxes. It was around 12:30 pm and he was standing near me with a clipboard...sorry, didn't get his name. Then, at checkout, Julia always SO nice and efficient. She checked me out once when I bought lumber, same great service. Thanks to both, I appreciated your assistance!

I visit this store all the time. love it. I'm remodeling my kitchen and wouldn't go nowhere else to do it.

The store associate was very helpful and when I asked a question about the item I was looking to buy in relation to my work he didn't know the answer himself, but instead of just saying he didn't know he found another associate that did and they both answered my questions completely.
