Home Depot in Clinton truly does have caring sales associates. Anita in Garden is one of the best, who knows the products and is caring to customers. We probably are in the store twice a month and never had had any trouble finding our way around, mostly because the associates are never too busy to lead or point the place/product we seek, It is a super store and without the help, we would probably never return! Keep up the good work!

This is our only store where we can buy home improvement items in our area. The store was neat, the displays were all nice and full. We asked for help in finding what we needed....we were sent to the right aisles. The person in the aisle we asked for help finding a filter for our washer to take the rust out of the water lines. He immediately started looking at his phone without telling us what he was doing, he looked up and said no we don't have anything. I then asked if he recommended anything else, he just shook his head and said no I don't know of anything. We left the store with half of what we came in to buy and now we have to go to the quad cities (30 miles from us) to see if there is anything that will help us. Usually the store has what we need when we go there.

I bought a riding mower and the clerk was very polite and also the customer sales desk was very helpful and bent over backwords to help me. I would recommend this store to all my friens and family.

The Clinton, IA Home Depot Store, is not only full of anything you need for DIY projects. It also is full of friendly, knowledgeable, employees. I've gone to other stores and asked questions, and get an "I dunno" from employees, who don't seem to like their job. At home Depot, they do it right. The employees CARE about making your experience with them a happy one. AND they All know how to answer your questions.

This Home Depot store is great. I have been to several, in Chicago and the Quad Cities, and the Clinton store it the best. They also beat the Quad City Lowe's and Menards stores. The store is always neat, clean, and well organized. Randy, Tim, and Judy are amazing - helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. Most all employees are helpful and friendly. I have purchased over $18,000 over the last year or so. I don't often need to return things, but when I do, the return process is easy and efficient. In the few rare cases where I purchased damaged product, this store was there to make it right. Home Depot credit and the electronic receipts help me keep business expenses organized. I don't have any suggestions for improvement... just keep doing what you are doing.

I don't recommend buying appliances and having them delivered from this store. We purchased a new refrigerator and the delivery guys scratched and dented our newly remodeled home. This was noted on the delivery paperwork and the guy even took a photo of the damage. We were reassured that his manager would call us about the damage. We NEVER received a call and this happened a week before Thanksgiving! I contacted the manager of this store, explained what happened and all that was offered to us was that she could sell us some touch up paint. Thanks Home Depot for putting the first scratch and dent in our newly remodeled home. Side note: Zirkelbach may be a bit more expensive than these box stores but THEY stand behind their products and delivery! I tried to save a couple of bucks and ended up with more headaches, sorry I went astray Zirkelbach.

If you're looking for new appliances, be sure to hunt down Mary Keppy. She not only KNOWS her stuff, she provides the most exceptional customer service EVER (in spite of grumpy management (or whoever it was that came to 'help' us with the closing paperwork - we were NOT impressed!). But Mary made up for any and all of that and as I said... that lady KNOWS her stuff! Lol while we were waiting, we saw another couple shopping and highly recommended they have her help them. That lady is Awesome!!

The store employees have also and always been very helpful and friendly. They walk by you and ask if they can help you. That is very important to me for they seem to care.

Clean store, Well stocked and a super friendly staff. Mary in cabinets is awesome! Jennifer in flooring and window treatments will go the extra mile. Management is quick to solve issues! The cashiers are great

This particular Home Depot store is a great place to shop for all my home improvement needs. It's managed by a GREAT team, who know the business, and know how to keep their employee's happy, and willing to help. The whole work force in this store know their areas of expertise well, and are always friendly.

Not a single person asked to help us in the hour that we were there. The lady in paint was super nice though. At 8:52 pm we checked out and $1300 later they shut the lights off on us as we loaded our truck just outside the contractors door. We got in our Truck at 9:02 pm and thats after making sure the cart was by the building.

They were all very helpful.

The Clinton Iowa Home Depot staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We are remodeling a house. I had many questions about the best way to do some of the remodeling. Randy, the store manager, and the staff member in Paint are always friendly, polite, and helpful. I will continue to ship at Home Depot for excellent products, service, and support. Thank you!

These guys are not Veteran friendly. They have corporate guidelines in writing at each cash register but for some reason nobody knows how to interpret the written directives nor are open to customer input and experience.

I would like to see a more efficient way that windows and doors service people are made aware of a customer waiting. I have been to this store on 3 separate occasions to discuss purchasing windows, which I have done, and each time I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to assist me. The store was not busy on any of these visits.
