The store has great customer service! They were all super friendly and helpful!

The staff at the Cold Spring store was extremely friendly and helpful. They seem like they really enjoy there job and interacting with customers. We were joking and laughing with one of the staff members that helped us. We went in to buy a chest freezer and had one in mind and we left with a more expensive one due to the amazing help of the staff.

My dogs were digging under the beautiful fence I recently purchased and the pup could get out. I called my local Home Depot store to order some 6x6 I had seen on a recent visit. The associate explained what I should really get was 4x4 landscape timber and helped me figure out how much and how much rebar to keep it in place without making me feel dumb. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful it keeps me coming back. Next project - bathroom remodel and it will all come from Home Depot!

Bill and Doug rekeyed my Schlage double dead bolt. It isn't an easy thing to do but they hung in there and got it done...on a Sunday. I had a tremendous experience at HD thanks to the efforts and patience of Bill with the help of Doug. Two of your best associates. Please pass along my sincere appreciation.

We made an appointment with a design consultant to help us with a new bathroom we're having put in. I cannot say enough good things about her! She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and very, very good at her job. She walked us through every step of the process of choosing what we needed, and was a good listener in regard to what we wanted to accomplish. She answered every question we had, and even a few that we didn't know to ask. I would highly recommend talking to Kristin about any kitchen/bath project. We will most definitely be talking to her again for our next project.

Items were easy to locate, speedy checkout., friendly service!

Every time we go to the store we have a great experience. Order lots of household things needed, for inside and outside. Redoing rooms in the house was easy with very helpful employees who always guided us in the right direction with the right things to purchase. Love to shop here and hope it keeps the friendly, helpful attitude from employees it always has had.

Not all the bells and whistles but they generally have what will do for your project. Top End is online, and other HD locations have several more options to choose from sometimes. Friendlier than other stores, and good experience with the associates.

I love this store! Every time I go in I find high quality things that inspire me and suit my taste. The associates are welcoming, friendly even if a smile as I walk by, always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They tell me what products I need to get the job done and how to do it. They know right where products are and assist me getting them. There is not a better store than Home Depot.

The employees at this store are excellent. They go above and beyond to assist you on your questions and purchases. This store blows the local Loews out of the water. I have purchase all my Home material here after going to Loews because of the employees you have. The store is kept organized and very clean at all times.

Store 2323 is no doubt the best Home Depot I have visited. Lowe's is much closer and much more convenient but I will always go the extra effort to visit the team at store 2323. Majority of my professional career has been spent in "big-box" retail, but I have never experienced such professional, experienced and amazing service. How can I say this? When my wife and I bought our first home, a lot of remodeling needed to take place. We were new to the area and new to home ownership and every step in the remodel required time and lots of money. It did not take long for us to realize that the Home Depot had the best selection, best prices, and best service. And, even if the prices were a little bit cheaper somewhere else, I still would have spent my money at the Home Depot due to their superior customer service at store 2323. At one point during our remodel a shipment did not come with all it was supposed to. We were up against a deadline and needed the large items onsite for the contractor to install. I called the team at the Pro desk and rather then telling me tough luck, they loaded up their personal truck and drove it to my house! Does service get better then that? From that day forward I have been loyal and spent more money then I'd like to admit. I know that my hard earned money will have an ROI though and I also know that I am stimulating the livelihood of the many great people at the Home Depot store 2323. In a day and age where you can buy anything, anywhere, anytime the only differentiating factor is service and store 2323 has it figured out. Heck, some day I might have to go work for them just to be a part of the amazing atmosphere they have. For now though, I will stick to my DIY projects and continue to spend my money with them.

The associates are all so helpful and the store greeter always asks if I know where to look for what I am searching for.

Associate in lumber who was supposed to "help" me was RUDE--should get a different job!! Barked orders at me to lift materials and move cart. He made a mistake cutting the material, and tried to make me feel like was my fault. We shop at Home Depot a lot, and this was an unpleasant first. Maybe he just has a problem with women, or maybe he is just a big jerk!! Cashier and other employees were, however, super friendly. If my only experience was with the lumber department guy, I would NEVER return to that store.

The associates were very helpful, not only with information, but they helped me carry in a heavy object and went an got a cart for me, which impressed me very much. don't see this kind of service much anymore

Found what I had researched on the website and examined it to determine whether I would purchase it. Also found other items that I needed to use at home with no problems due to the excellent layout of the store. This store is clean and the associates were helpful. The associate that checked me out was courteous and also thanked me for my service(was wearing veteran hat)!

The "greeter" associate that I met upon arriving was very helpful and knowledgeable and directed me to the exact location of the item I needed. Other associates that I encountered while in the store were very congenial.

The store is well organized and stocked. The associates cannot do enough for me when I come in to shop for specific items. Associates walk you to where you need to be. They are always courteous, helpful, personable and professional. Home Depot is my "GO TO" store for all of my home needs.

I went to purchase a lawn edger. The sales associate, Gunny, was incredible. He was so knowledgeable of all models. He helped me pick out the model for me. He then reviewed all of the features, how to assemble, things to be aware of, and tips on using. He offered to assemble. He carried the model to the register and to my car. He was great to shop with. If you need any lawn or garden items, Gunny is the man to see!

Everyone at this Home Depot was amazing! I walked in having no idea what part I needed to repair my bathtub and the sales clerk in plumbing went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed and even explained to me how to make the repair. The greeter I believe named Jim was so friendly and welcomed me with such a warm smile. Thank you for providing me with such wonderful service and kindness!

It was easy to find the paint section and it made me happy that there was a coupon for $40 off a 5-gallon bucket of paint. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
