I was referred to the College Park store for an under cabinet fan.

The contractor they use for delivery was unprofessional, messy & a scam artist. He tried to charge me $275 to change a knob 😤

Impossible to find hardware do to misfiled bags, torn open bags, a complete mess. Employees not interested in fixing the problem. Much better to just order on line. Very frustrating!

In store return was down causing a major delay

This is a convenient location for a hardware need. Easy in easy out. The next closest hardware store is in Laurel 10 or more miles away.

I got a bit lost looking for what I needed and more than one person offered help. I also didn’t have to wait for help with a question at checkout. Good prices and good service. Thank you. Excellent

I could find my needs easily and the staff are there to help

This is one of the worst HD locations I have ever shopped at. The only word I can use to describe the associates there is lazy. Online inventory is wrong. No one knows where anything is. Hardly anyone is friendly or helpful. Online orders don't get filled.

I tried to return a dehumidifier to Home Depot (I had bought it online from them), and was told that the new policy is that, to get a refund, you had to return the item WITHIN 7 DAYS, UNUSED/UNBOXED, AND WITH RECEIPT. I asked, “How do I know if an item works if I don’t use it??” (A very logical question, I thought to myself.) It finally took three customer service staff to get the refund, even though I was told their system would not permit it.

I recently purchased a microwave from Home Depot online, but it falsely advertised "built in" and "vented". When I received it I realized that it would not work for me. I tried to return it to the store. They would not accept a return on the online order. They were kind enough to schedule an in-person pick up at my house. However, Home Depot later canceled the pick up saying that I only had 48 hours to return the item, and 48 hours had passed. This is not the fault of the customer service person at the College Park site, but it is a problem with purchasing items from Home Depot Online. I will not recommend buying appliances from Home Depot Online. Go to the store or go elsewhere.

Poor communication unprofessional staff snd complete lack of communication

The employees were courteous and guided me through the process of selecting suitable items needed to upgrade my residence. This is a huge improvement compared to what it used to be. Overall, I am pleased and will visit again as the need arises.

All I can say the home Depot they have been there for me, anything I wanted they got it

I asked Kay where the fountain pumps were. After much research, she finally found them on the top shelf in the outdoor aisle. Christian got the box down and I got my pump.

I asked about an item that I was looking for and two employees in the area that they were working said that it did it exist I later found it on the shelf. Every time I ask someone a question they pull out their phone which does not help. Frequently someone will just walk off without saying a word. And I don’t know for sure wether they want me to folllow or wait in place. This is if a store employee can be found. Home Depot shouldn’t have to provide classes in basic social skills. There are other problems as well

I'd like to comment on the excellent assistance I received from Ms. Candace and Mr. Marcar. Their patience, courteous manner and going above and beyond their capacity to make my experience positive that lead me to be able to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you Ms. Candace and Mr. Marcar.

From issues in returns, issues at self check out and employees that dont have a clue about any company policies and refusing to abide by company policies… i try to avoid this location at all costs

I bought many things at the college park Home Depot Always been very professional

Cashier named biodjae refused to give me her name and even covered up her name tag on her apron when I asked for it. They would not assist whenever there is an issue. I frequent this location and the past three years the customer service has declined immensely.

I purchased a couple of cutting electrical wires, the staff could not locate the items. Having me waited for 30 minutes, then charged me much higher price.

I shopped at the Home Depot On September 3, 2024. Had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot my pro YANETH she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was next to none and she help me complete my order in a timely manner. Home Depot should give her a big raise.

Best customer service I've had in a long time

Been back and forth to a lot of HomeDepot the past few months with this project. This location is now my preferred HomeDepot. Dee and Carol were great! Every employee was very kind and polite.

I have bought several items from there and have always been satisfied. The store is clean and the sales associates are friendly and helpful.
