GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES

This is an awesome store to shop at, every employee is friendly and want's to help you. I always find what I need and I am always surprised when I explain my project they understand it and give welcomed advice. This is my Home Depot and I don't need to go anywhere else for my projects ( and I have a lot of projects ) all the time.

Store is great and most staff are very helpful. I have run into a few "young" staff members that were very lazy but the older ones are great! Also, I have entered to win for years and with all the money I have spent there need to!!!

The Colonial Heights Home Depot is a Professional Organization. The Employees greet you and go out of their way to assist your every need. Stores clean, Bathroom is clean and that is very important. I can normally find what I go there for and the department associates try their best to meet my every need. Thank you for making my visits hassle free. A satisfied customer Danny E. Randolph

Excellent customer service!

My recent purchase at Home Depot was not the normal experience that I have experienced in the past. Usually I do not have issues and all is well. HOWEVER, this time it took 2 hours to purchase a stove with the sales associate ringing the range up several times and getting different prices each time. Sales associates should be trained well in their area or have a person with them if they do not know what they are doing especially if they are working directly with customers and allowed to process orders. The associate was friendly but just did not know what she was doing. I had to request a manager in order to get the process completed. Prices online and in the store should match or it should be stated online that the prices are different if you order it through the Depot Direct at the store through an associate as well as the Installation kit cost difference. The store should also have more gas ranges in the store for elderly customers to look at. Not all elderly individuals have access or the knowledge to use the Internet.

I think the company is the best.

I enjoyed my visit at the Home Depot store in Colonial Heights, VA. My last few shopping experiences were just as great as times before. It’s early in the season (midFEB) and everyone in lawn and garden area were so willing to help with all my product needs. I enjoy the friendliness and smiles. I was helped with loading the stones, mulch and step stones and all the stone boarders. I will always shop at this location. The checkout cashier Nathaniel and Jordan (store representative) were great andI will look forward to their assistance in the future.

Feeling very tired and overwhelmed after evicting some tenants; I went into Home Depot to purchase new wall to wall carpet and new padding. Fortunate for me I ran into Linda C. and Justin working in the flooring department! They were so kind and patient with me, by helping me figure out how many square yards that I would need. I have never been a fan of math, so it was exceptional that they took the time to help me. They did the math, cut and wrapped all of ,y carpeting before my contractor arrived too! Thank you Linda C. and Justin for making my day better! It means a lot that Home Depot hires people that make customers feel appreciated and valued!

Colonial Heights Home Depot has a larger selection than Chester. The employees are friendlier and more willing to help.

Nilda in appliances made a 3 experience increase to a 5. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has the best personality for customer service. Please ask for her. I have made several purchases from home depot. i have never had anyone walk me through the paperwork related to my purchase and what i should expect throughout the entire experience from purchase through delivery.

From the moment I walk into the store until the time I leave I am approached and greeted by an employee. They do a great job making sure I am not lost during my visit. The store is clean and organized.

My visit today to the colonial heights home Depot was wonderful. I needed help getting an item out of my reach. A male employee with long hair helped me with all my needs and was very friendly and considerate every step of the way. I think his name was Chris and was in the paint department. I wanted to recognize the employee that made my experience wonderful especially during the stressful Christmas season.

The employees are very helpful. The store usually has eveything I need.

Prices are generally good but it can be difficult some times to find a person to assist in some departments. (Wood particularly). Trying to find someone to cut or help load wood is generally difficult. They won't make eye contact and they move very fast so they don't have to help :) but overall I prefer Home Depot to their main competition.
