We have been very happy with store #3001. They have great EMPLOYEES who are very nice & pay attention/listen to your needs. We bought 3 appliances there. Thanks to the employee who helped us in that department. A Very happy customer here.

Loved the selection of flowers

I purchased $5000 worth of appliances, and the experience from start to finish was a complete nightmare. Changing the order, getting the correct appliances delivered, and installation could not have gone worse. Please use my example to prevent your own headache.

We were in 3 different departments, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had what we needed. They suggested ways to track our purchases in the Home Depot account so we can get additional supplies that match what we purchased today.

I worked with the most helpful, courteous and friendly employees to get my project figured out. Ask for Cindy, Juan or Cody for all your flooring needs! They were helpful in soooo many ways.

Have been searching for this particular brand, all the stores in our area were sold out. Home Depot in Columbia, Missouri had the brand we were looking for, although limited in colors this will work to replace the railing on our old deck. Had more than enough railing in stocked to finish our project

Yvonne and Olivia in the kitchen department are. Phenomenal. They are true assets to the Home Depot!

I like the store but a lot of times I have to order and wait. The employees are great and helpful.

I can usually find whatever maint or special project needs thai i require the Columbia, MO Home Depot Store. The employees are always helpful. the best thing about shopping at Home Depot is being able to pick out the wood yourself. At another store, the employee picks it out and I would up with some with knotholes and a bent one. I was able to pick the pieces I liked best at Home Depot.

At times, I like to go in Home Depot to see what they have to offer. Each time I visit I always ask myself why do I ever go into the store. Customer Service is horrible and I always regret going in.

After being lied to and thrown through the ringer with Samsung Manufacturing when I tried to order a refrigerator directly from them online, Yvonne and George with the Columbia, MO Home Depot really made me feel like a valued customer. Yvonne heard my concerns and never said she couldn't help me. I had a price through Samsung that I just didn't think could be matched, but Yvonne and George made it happen. I was able to get my refrigerator ordered and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the store because of Yvonne and George. I will be back again.

We were wondering around the store a couple times looking for what we needed. Finally, after asking a couple of associates for help, which they had no clue as to how to help us, a young man named Zane came to our rescue. He helped us find what we needed and even loaded it for us as my husband isn't able to do that anymore. We appreciated him taking the time to help us. It seemed as if all the other associates didn't know how to help us or didn't want to. Thank you Zane for making our shopping experience into a positive one.

I no longer can do the gas model chain saws and any pull start tool so I decided to give the battery operated models a chance. I have the 12' chainsaw and it works for what it was meant for Just fine. I needed a weed eater and I purchased the weed eater and a blade attachment to go with it. I was surprised I was going through mixed grass with the 12" -14" string trimmer 12 to 14 inches tall and it went the whole hour and never bogged down and I was not worn out. It was well balanced also. I'll say more after it's ran the rest of the mowing season.

I bought a small chest freezer for my home. I rented a truck from the store, while 2 extremely helpful employees loaded it on and strapped it down. Later that night I unboxed the freezer and saw it had some damage, a significant dent in the bottom corner. I called the store and immediately received help. The manager on duty took the time to leave the store with a new freezer, drove it to me in his personal vehicle for an exchange. He unboxed the new one in my home to check for damage on this one and took the old freezer away. What could have been a terrible experience turned out to be one of the best shows of customer service that I’ve ever had. I will definitely shop here again for any and all of my home improvement needs.

I love this store mostly because of their customer service. The workers are always friendly, even if you’re returning a dead plant, lol. Their product selection is good and I think Behr paint is superior.

They are always helpful and kind.

Shopped here for plants and landscaping supplies somewhere else. The prices were out of this world for dead and dying plants everywhere. Not an associate in sight…this store has gone downhill Fast! High prices for substandard products with zero care or engagement….

Very clean store, I will go back.

Was going to leave a review but they have guide lines.

Each time I have gone to this location I have been pleased with the service from staff employees. They are especially helpful with returns for items with defects.

James in lumber is absolutely the best associate in the store. He walked with me and made sure I found exactly what I needed. He even suggested another route to complete my task and saved me money which allowed me to get another item!!

Store Was Very Clean Including The "Men's" Facilities - The Employees Were Very Respectful & Courteous - Will Definitely Consider Home Depot As My Place To Shop In All My Future Endeavors!! Thank You Kindly

I only purchased 30 studs, but I was treated as if I was building something large. A person picked and sorted all my lumber. After he was done, he offered to come out and load my truck. I declined that offer but he was VERY nice and respectful.

Melissa Harwood was very helpful finding the refrigerator that we needed. She ordered it for us and went through all the info that she needed for the purchase. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Unfortunately it's a thing of the past for a customer service representative to ask the customer they have any questions, and if they do, to have somewhat of a working knowledge on that subject. I don't want to see, it's probably better that your customer service representative don't ask customers if they need anything. Because 9 times out of 10, they can't help you.

Just got some extension cords they had them on sale 16 bucks
