I’ve purchased a microwave. It only took 2 days for it was delivered and installed. The removal of my old one and installation of my new one only took about 30 minutes. The installers were very professional and cordial

Greetings and Good Afternoon, I am a continuous visitor of Home Depot. Every time I go there they always have what I am looking for at large quantities. The staff are great because if I can’t find something they are glad to help. However, the one thing as a woman that I am impressed by is they do not treat me as if I don’t know what I am talking about or if I’m wrong about things. That really impress me. Thank you Home Depot!!!

I had an amazing experience with Arieonna at customer service. She seems like she really loves her job, including the customers. She's always so kind and helpful when I visit the store and I really think she deserves a promotion or raise. It's rare to find someone like that to work for you, don't lose her !

Jalisa was the best cashier i’ve had in a long time!

Each time I visit this store I am greeted immediately and when I leave I am thanked for visiting. When making returns, I rarely have to wait and the associates are courteous and helpful.

I needed help buying the right paint and the man in the paint department was able to direct me to the right kind of paint!

He saw my delima for some cabinets and he wasn't in the section and helped me to find what I needed till I was done shopping. Your cashiers India and Christina help and always greet the contractors when we come in.

Let’s be clear…. If I could give this a ZERO… I would! Nate at Customer Service isn’t very good at his job. He needs to work on his integrity as well as people skills. Apparently HD no longer accepts returns without your receipts for store credit. Also, He told me that the items were not in his system and that it’s not their product. I ask if he could check them all and he said they were all the same thing. They were clearly not because they were individually wrapped nuts bolts and washers. I said, “oh ok… thank you so much for the attitude!!” I went and bought what I needed then just the the heck of it I scanned 1 of the nuts from the bag full of nuts and bolts that I could not return. Low and behold Nate was wrong again… I talked to the manager about this and he said unfortunately the policy has changed… however according to the website it has not.

not enough common stock items

Went to appliances to purchase a washer and dryer, thinking it was going to be painful, was I ever wrong. Alvin made it quick and enjoyable. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He will be my go to anytime I have to go to that department.

I bought this product a couple of days ago and was please to always go to the app to find the right location and then walk up to the item and get it. I prefer this store more then other big box stores.

I had called to find out how to return the mower weeks ago. The lady told the person on the phone to tell me she would call me back. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. The mower height adjuster was set on 4 and it dropped down to the ground and cut my yard. I was unable to use.

We went back today to purchase a generator and they did not have it on stock but Mrs. Alicia Carrolle helped us make the order to ship to store. She also helped us find some items we needed, in store. Great experience and Customer Service!

Alicia at customer service desk in Columbus, GA went above and beyond to help me. She spent over a hour making phone calls and sending emails trying to get me the screws that were missing in my online order. I left with everything i needed to I put my item together. She made my day!

After over 20 years it was time to buy a new washer and dryer. Loren made the whole process simple and easy. The guys that delivered did a great job and was very careful. the new LG's are working great.
