Greg at the self checkout came and saved the day for me. One of the products sku was not working and he figured it out and was very nice and helpful. All the employees were nice and helpful on this visit.

This shopping trip was for gardening materials. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed and at a good price.

This store has a great team on the floor . They helped people. They answered questions you may of had. They paid personal attention to the customer needs. Lj in gardening was amazing with a smile and he was so patient with every customer way to go LJ

First time buying a battery operated lawnmower and I'm so excited to use it .

I purchase all my Ryobi tools here which they have a great selection of. On this trip I purchased several accessories for my Traeger 34. They had all the accessories I wanted and more. Wide variety of Traeger Pellets which I was pleased to see.

The paint i purchased was just what I needed.

I use Joy dishwashing detergent. You carry it in a large bottle. It is much more economical to buy in bulk. We have a six person household and wash a lot of dishes.

I bought a new shower head and it broke in less than 6 weeks..the employees helped me find the exact same one and walked with me. The customer service is also super friendly and makes it easier and less stress when exchanging a product

I have become a frequent shopper with my spouse and service dog. Not only do I use it to walk a little but attempt to purchase items that a handyman can repair in our home. They provide us with a pleasant experience while helping us but have even given us lists of handyman that can do the maintenance or repairs

We came in after making a trip to Lowe’s in search of a new front door. Your associate, David Middleton, helped us out and was so wonderful to work with. He took his time and helped us pick out the perfect door! It was a completely different experience than the one we had at Lowe’s. David was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was so great to work with. HD will now be my first stop. You have such an asset in David. Thank you, Home Depot and thank you, David!

We went to Home Depot for a lawn mower and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Easy to find, well marked found what we wanted and with salesperson help was on our way within minutes. Ali the cashier also made the trip quick in & out at checkout. No wait and I didnt have to scan anything. Great customer service.Well Done...

I have called this store on numerous occasions and no one ever answers the phone. I called the home office to complain about this and I was told to hold and the man never came back. He put the phone down on the counter and I waited over 30 minutes listening to employees laugh and talk. I screamed 'hello' into the phone several times and no one picked up. I finally used a whistle and the ladies that had been laughing and talking stopped talking and then the phone was hung up. The man was supposed to get me a phone number of a manager of the store in Columbus so I could call to ask a question about a purchase. I bought a $299 Dewalt battery powered chain saw. When I opened the box to charge the battery, there was no battery. I guess Home Depot doesn't believe in Customer Service. I will NEVER go back in the Columbus store.

Home Depot in Columbus, Ga. is my " Go To " place for home improvements ideas and building materials. Home Depot is a Do-It- Yourself friendly store.

Very rude customer service cut my lumber too short when I gave them the measurements

Purchased 12 Ecosmart 100w LED Daylight 13 year bulbs at 12:39 on 06/02/21. Got home and installed them that at 3:10. At 3:21, 4 of the bulbs were flickering. Extremely cheap bulbs. Will return ALL of them tomorrow.
