I went to the lawn and garden section seeking the best items for my lawn. I was approached by a staff who greeted me and asked if I needed help. The staff was very helpful and I was pleased with my purchase. My lawn is looking great. My neighbours admire how green my lawn looks. Thanks for the help from a home depot knowledgeable staff.

My Home Depot in Columbus, GA, has the best customer service of any home/hardware/garden store around. The employees are always helpful and patient in assisting me. Their courteous and positive actions make this store my "Go-To" store for all my home and garden needs.

90% of the associates walked right past me without offering help. One associate walked right past me and asked the couple behind me if they needed help - didn't even look at me - and the couple said no. The only customer service I received was at the register with the cashier.

Service beyond any I've had in years. Help from beginning to end. Very friendly associates.

Cashier - Morgan was Very Polite and Professional in assisting me with my refund to exchange the size of the Vinyl Blinds I purchased...I didn't have the box for one of the items....but was kindly given a store credit. Thanks Morgan....

great store for building but can be better for holiday seasons such as nice tvs like the pass and more reasonable prices on christmas .....items.electronics is a plus. cheaper prices on sodas peanuts and candy, not very many times y see people eating or drinking in home depot but always see people sweating moving building materials. just facts.

Store is well organized and clean. You easily find what you are looking for, and if you cannot find it yourself, they provide you the help you need. Good prices and large selection of items for your home renovations. Staff is friendly and courteous. Always a pleasant experience.

I've never heard of anyone ever winning the Sweestakes. I would like to see a list of past winners! I will continue to shop here!

Great attention from Associates whenever i ask for help.

This store is clean and comfortable, however some of the associates are not well informed about the products in their areas. I went to the store to purchase an MDI bagger. Online it said there were 2 in stock. After making a trip to the store and asking the associate for this item he said they don’t carry this item and they rarely get the in and suggested I order it on line. After ordering online, I later received an email canceling my order without any reason. I called the customer service number spoke with a representative who couldn’t find a reason but did find there were 3 in the store. She gave the aisle and location of the bagger. On my return trip everything went smoothly because I had the information I needed. If an associate is working in a particular area they should be familiar with what’s in the department or at least direct you to someone who truly know.

Well equipped store and friendly helpful employees...

Everyone here is always so kind and polite. The people in each individual department take pride in their jobs and helping customers and the people in checkout are as kind as can be. Definitely my go to store and a Home Depot that shines out above the rest.

Everyone was wearing proper PPE and the store was neat and clean. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

Impeccable customer service. Never disappointed when I shop at this location. I rarely have to ask anyone for help. They willingly come to you to ensure you find and obtain everything that you need. Also, it’s always very clean and well stocked.

Jessica is the absolute best cashier I’ve ever encountered anywhere! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me in opening a Home Depot credit card & let me know about all kinds of discounts! Will return just because of her! She worked the register in the garden department & it was also the nicest garden dept I’ve ever been too.

This review is about the employee who was so disrespectful to me this morning at self checkout. She was not helpful and rude. This blows my mind considering I spent close to $600.
