Outstanding personel

The store was very clean .The associates are very friendly and helpful and I got everything i wanted .

The employees create a family like atmosphere for the customers. The staff takes time to learn your names and help is always available. We love our local Home Depote.

Home Depot is my number one place to shop when looking for products to improve my Home. I can find good quality merchandise and a large variety of tools needed to complete my home projects. The staff are knowledgeable about products and merchandise being sold. They are willing to help you find products and offer help as needed. The Stores are well stocked with supplies that will enhance your home both indoor and outdoors. The store is clean and well organized and there is much to see. I know that my home appliances, my craft materials, garden supplies, and garden furniture is gonna last when purchased from Home depot. I look forward to going back soon for my hard wood flooring because there are associates there to help me select the flooring and get a great deal on the installation too. If you want to deck the home for the Holidays you can count on Home Depot to have just about anything imaginable. If you are looking for good quality at a good price you gotta go to Home Depot.

Some of the employees were helpful, most of the plants were not watered and they did not have much of a variety of plant pots.

I am not use to getting good customer service. I had a problem on a project I was working on. So while trying to figure it out, I am a 70year old widow, a salesperson asked if I needed help. His name was Michael, and he listened to my problem. He came up with a very innovative solution to my problem. He took time, was funny while always remaining professional and courteous. So Michael, In plumbing you made my day,probably my week, and solved my problem.it was a great experience I hadn’t expected.

I am a regular at this location. The associates are friendly and always ask, "do you need assistance with anything"? There are several associates that are superstars one at the Customer Service/Returns desk and another at doors/windows. A suggestion for Management, would be to please make sure to staff Customer Service/returns with adequate associates because sometimes the one associate (sorry I don't remember her name) is there handling a line of 5-6 customers by herself on weeknights or Sunday (especially). If you did that I could give easily give this store 5 stars. Thanks.

To get carpet installed, it took us 5 visits. 1 was to setup the initial measuring. 2 times, there was no-one working Flooring. Both times, we waited around for 30-60 minutes AFTER flagging non-flooring employees and them calling for someone to assist us in Flooring. During the 2nd of these trips, Ed told us that Howard, our Sales Associate, could offer us a discount for our troubles (this is BEFORE our final visit). The final time we spent SIX HOURS working with our Sales Associate. Even though we received countless, seemingly sincere apologizes, we weren't offered any sort of compensation for our troubles. Even though during our 6 hour experience, we heard stories about other people receiving discounts/compensation for far less. When we mentioned that Ed said we were entitled to a discount, the topic was awkwardly laughed off and were told "sounds like Ed wants us to give away the store". We literally spent over 2 hours on hold with their call center who calculates the measurements. Even Howard, the employee, was fuming/flustered by the whole experience. Imagine how we felt as the customer. I should've listened to my wife and walked away, but after spending 9+ hours total, I honestly felt defeated.

Stop here first before going to the competitor. I spent a lot of money at the competition and went back to spend more. Really poor service caused me to leave and move on (much to my hurt because I liked using the store). Came to this store, received great service, got what I wanted and walked away with my new countertops! Thanks to THD!

Avoid at all costs, customer service is awful, this store is a completely hostile work environment and it is easily seen by all Employees as well as manager refuse to help customers.

Keith Lueck assisted me with the information & specifications for the Toro line of push mowers. Keith did everything except purchase the mower & come maintain my lawn. I am extremely confident that my purchase will be made soon based on the service I received from Keith. He is truly an experienced & knowledgeable service person that should be valued by The Home Depot organization.

The store is neat on the inside but the parking lot is way too trashy. Clean it up please

The Conyers, Ga HOME DEPOT has went up and far beyond my expectations. I only knocked one star because it is taking an extremely long time for the actual warehouse (not the store) to make decent base kitchen cabinets. The store manager is bending over backwards to make the situation right. The front desk sales associates are angels. They are patient, helpful, and empathetic to the nightmare I'm going through (thru NO fault of the store!).I would HIGHLY recommend using this store, However; if you order online be sure to examine your cabinets for magic marker marks, wood inconsistencies: knobs of wood, discoloration in wood, doors not glued properly, cabinet doors uneven (again NOT the store's fault) if anyone is to take the fall on that it would be their corporate office needing to implement quality control BEFORE merchandise leaves the warehouse to go TO the stores.

Mr. John Siwick who works at the Home Depot in Conyers was so professional and helpful. I truly had no idea of what to do and the proper equipment or what purchase to make. Mr. J. Siwick, approached me first and deciphered my limited vocabulary describing what I needed. He knew right away and helped out tremendously. Thank you so much Mr. Siwick. His manager whose name is Mr. Jason Patton, should be notified of his employee's superior and exceptional customer service.

This location provides a welcoming atmosphere. Staffs seems to value the community in which they serve.

This is definitely not my favorite Home Depot store. I only visit because it is located near to my workplace. The store is dirty and getting assistance is very difficult. Employees are generally not very helpful. I usually check for the product I need online and take a note of the location in store - Aisle # Bay# before I get there since no one is eager to help. Why is it so difficult for people to work? They just seem to want a job.

This store is the best Home Depot that I have encountered. Whatever the company/management team are doing should be modeled across the state of Georgia.

I love Home Depot in Conyers, Ga. They are the BEST.

The store manager, Jason team is very nice.

Employees on the floor are too busy (not with customers) I took a survey and explained. The best part of the past 10 trips, were the cashiers!

Good prices, great service and I got in and out quickly, both in buying the product and at the checkout.
