If anyone needs GREAT customer service ask for James over at the plumbing department at Home Depot store 128. he will go far and beyond to make sure you have everything you came in for

I love shopping at this location most of the employees are very helpful and are very informative

This store always have what i need.

The store was clean and well organized. If you ever need appliances make sure you ask for Rosie. She is awesome, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Rosie knows her stuff!!

Has a larger selection of flat panel led lighting.

Miss Carol is the best employee there. Had it not been for her, home depot would have lost aa $423.00 sale. She was most helpful!

The store environment is neat well organized safe and clean. Social distancing between customers are maintained.

Store was clean and had great customer support

I had the worse shopping experience at the Conyers, GA Home Depot location. I had a supervisor that refused to let me speak to a manager, after the supervisor was very rude to me on the sales floor on June 14 2021, around 5:40 pm. I didn't realize I had the wrong item that wasn't part of the special promotion. The supervisor that waited on me was rude ( at one point she even said to me she wasn't talking to me) when I ask her where was the special I was looking for and she replied I don't know it's in garden shop area somewhere. When I asked her why she came to over to help me if she don't know anything she replied because I was told too. The supervisor didn't have her name on her apron so I couldn't report her by name.

We frequent this store for our construction projects, and enjoy it everytime. Ray in lumber is extremely friendly and helpful, and Linda the cashier is the sweetest lady. They both go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We appreciate both of you so much, thank you!

The associates in this store are very polite and respectful a special note to the customer service point deck. The store is neat and clean and you can easily find the spot for the products.

I shopped on a Saturday. It was very busy but they had handicapped parking spaces available. Store associate was able to answer my ? easily and was familiar with what the carried versus what was available online.

Employees are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have charged motorized wheelchairs available. A great plus for me and always offer to place anything slightly heavy in my cart.

This may sound Crazy,but in order the appreciate this Home Depot go to any other home remodeling store. You will notice the difference in prices and service. I pass two while driving 11miles to get to this Home Depot.

As I was checking out, MS. Linda stopped me to make sure that I had the right parts. Ms. Linda and Jason went and got the parts that I needed. I am so grateful because what I had picked up was wrong. The customer service was exceptional!!!!
