They put bulk price discount,25 more price but they refuse to give discount. they should remove label for bulk price discount.it seem like fraud with customer. we rent boom lift that also not working right. Lift controller does not work. Home Depot employee doesn't want to help. they behave rudely. they think they give us free boom lift.

I got this to replace an old leaking valve that is under my kitchen sink. It fit perfectly and no leaks.

Always have what I need

rude employees at customer service! After I had to get their attention to tell them what I needed to tell them, they turned their heads and rolled their eyes, as if not interested in what I had to say.

I went into home Depot to buy a deep freezer I ran into the associate Kim she went above and beyond and helped me with my freezer selection she want me to the front and gave my paperwork to I can't remember the young lady name but she was very friendly and professional I was greeted by one of their assistant managers when I went inside the store My experience has been very good at this home Depot I've been there three times so far I just moved in the area

She went above and beyond to help. Very unusual. Last time I was in your store I couldn’t find a soul to help me. When I finally did - he still wasn’t very helpful. You need 300 Stephanie’s.

Just another big box store with people sho look at you as an inconvenience.

I encountered Riva. Very personable and took care of what I needed.

I buy my landscaping products and plants here. The people are always, without fail Very nice. if I need someone to help anywhere in this store, someone will always lend a hand.

it takes on average an hour to get the attention of an employee that has a key to the tool depart saw several people walk out of the store because of this. if i had been there for purely personal reasons i would have walked out. worst part is the local lumber yard by my house closed before i could get back. i will have to wait the entire weekend as i will not be buying lumber from this store because there are no employees around to help.

I bought two cans of black spray paint there and it took 4 colts to look wright.

Every employee I passed greeted me so politely and asked if I needed help. This made my experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The departments I walked through were fully stocked and organized. At one point the staff announced a congratulations to another employee's 3 year anniversary.

Pam in appliances was helpful, efficient, and quick!! She helped us get everything we needed!

Can we bring back registers and cashiers? I'm tired of going to these gigantic stores and have to be my own cashier.

Maybe the agents should spend more time walking around to see if anyone needs anything instead always in a crowd huddled together talking.

Awesome Customer Service!!!

I have an option of three (3) Home Depot stores that I can shop. Surprisingly, each one is different. As an example, the Cordova Store is the most convienient and usually has the product I need but, does not always have specific rental equipment that I need. The Bartlett store is about the same distance but is frequently out of the product I need but this store has better rental equipment. The Memphis store is farther away but, as a last resort, usually has any product that the other two stores do not. I also very much appreciate their recognition of my 20 year Marine Corps career!

Employees are always helpful and assists me in finding exactly what I need to complete my home projects.

Had measurements and estimates done for carpeting first of the year. Wife had to have surgery so we had to postpone work. Went back to get going again and was told I would have to re so my measurements and quotes again. Paid for them the first time and now need to pay again. Don’t keep quotes on file that long. Just a disappointing experience. Still use store as it’s my neighborhood HD.

I purchased paint and primer to refinish my kitchen cabinets. I asked for the primer to be tinted a lighter shade of the finish color . Specifically, I asked that the quart formula of the finish color be shot into the gallon of primer. So it would be easier to cover. I offered to pay for any extra charges for this service. Neither of the two people could figure how to do this and showed little interest in working it out. BTW I had to visit the store 4 times to find someone working in the paint dept.

I was pleased with the assistance shown with associates on the floor, safety precautions given while heavy equipment was getting transferred through the store, and courteous customer service representatives.

I purchased this item for my sons birthday, I’m not aware yet how good of a merchandise it is but I wanted to buy one in another state and HD didn’t have it so I was very excited that Cordova Tn-HD had the item. I can’t wait to give it to him.

Went in for blinds, asked an associate to help me cut them. That particular associate didn’t know how to cut the blinds. They paged someone to help. I waited 20 mins on someone to come. No one showed up.
