As I was leaving I turned around and re-viewed the store, how's that for a re-view! ps Just funning!

I just had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot. The store manager, Steve, goes out of his way to have happy, satisfied customers that want to come back. Thank you Steve and Aaron for your help with my lemon washing machine return and the purchase of a new one.

Store was very clean but employee very helpful in locating product for me in store when I called to verify availability before drive 30 minutes to this store, She was very friendly and energetic and had product for me when i got there. Definitely a place I would return because of this employee and going out of her way to help and make my shopping experience wonderful. Managers have done right in training employees on customer service.

Employees are always friendly and willing to help! The garden dept. is my fav, and always enjoyable to browse bc of organization and generous stock/selection. It’s always well-tended with healthy plants, -watered, not withered!! Nice selection of misc. garden decor, also, like shepherds hooks, quality pots and more!

Appreciate the clean atmosphere, the friendly, and helpful staff and service … thank you!

Horrible that the employees are not familiar with their own Price Match policy. The reviews at one store will never match the reviews at another retailer! Store mgr said match the price but The CSR refused and told me to go to the Target next door. since they have the storage bins in. She lied. As I told her, Target in Horn lake had them in stock but I came to Home Depot so I could also buy DAP concrete. Not good!!! I wish her the same fate!!!! Overcharged my $24 + tax!!!!!

The store was clean the cashier's were friendly, smile and greet you when you first walk in the door. The associate Ron Shields in appliances was extremely helpful and very patient. Thanks!

Store was well organized

I got what I needed and more.

Employees avoid customers. No one speaks and no one is available to assist customers who are spending large amounts of their hard earned money. I may not be a major corporation that spends thousands at your company daily or weekly but i so feel the thousands i spend on major purchased should be appreciated. The sales person didn't attempt to help he was too busy on his cellphone to care.

Great selection of well worn and beat rental equipment. I look forward to renting a most dangerous ditch witch.

the store was clean, however the associates assigned to certain departments knew/know nothing about the products they are covering. The manager should learn how to deal with a complaint and not give a flippant response. and finally as a veteran, when I asked about the military discount and showed appropriate identification, was not afforded the 10% military discount to my bill.

Julie, at checkout was so so kind. Made sure everything was in my bag - like the free paint stirrer and the little spout they gave me. Came around to my basket to make sure nothing would spill out. Very engaging and upbeat.

I needed to pick up some lumber for a DIY project. I meet Thomas who stopped what he was doing, took me to the various bins where the pieces were. He sorted through them and placed them on my cart: he was friendly and most helpful. He and Russell found the plywood I needed and cut it into the strips I had asked for. They offered even to help me load it in to the car. Thye made my shopping swift and pleasant.

Steve Lingle and his customer service team are awesome. Great teams make a great store, and this is a great store. Several mistakes were made, but each were addressed and corrected by Steve, Betty and Kendra. I cannot express the amount of service this store provides for their customers, except the word exceptional. As we are all human, mistakes are made, but how we handle ourselves after is what defines our character. This stores team has excellent character.

Problem with Carpet Installation. It was more related to the experience with Romanoff which is Home Depots chosen carpet installers.

Rude sales associate. Non-chalant attitudes when an issue is spoken upon.

Keep items in stock. Provide customer service. Employees seemed reluctant to help stating "this is not my department.". Present nicer cashiers, more empathetic to concerns presented, especially due to out of stock items that were just there the day before. Cashier had an attitude and stated "i don't want to be here" and i seemed as though she had just clocked in for work. I informed her that i had a hard time finding things in the store and asked her to look at other locations. She didn't offer much help at all.

Markus was an exceptional cashier in that the was very diligent, patient and accommodating while filling my order! He has great customer service skills that are not often found in young people most times in my experience.

This store is amazing on making you feel right home. Alma cashier made me felt welcome and saved me money. Need more people like her. Thanks homedepot!!!!!!!

Clean store and friendly staff

If the attitude of the so called manager Marcus is the style of the store i can't believe they are still open. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior. If its a case of a bad day then just punch out and go home. I feel sorry for any employee that has to deal with someone on a power trip.

The last transaction was the last straw. I hear the blue and grey building calling. Absolutely unaccepatble to treat consumers spending their hard earned dollars with no respect,dignity or ethics.

The store was a disaster and messy. The bathrooms were gross and smelly with puddles of pee and only 1 of 6 soap dispensers working. I asked for assistance at least 5 times over an hour of waiting. Some of the employees were rude. Me and the other customers waiting to have lumber cut, never got assistance having our wood cut. I had to cut mine with a hand saw and the others just left. The Worst Home Depot experience i have ever had!!!
