Chris and I think his name was Jackson, thanks for assisting me with my cuts , you were so willing even when the saw dedicated for the cuts of the specific lumber I got was down , you aided me anyways with the cuts. Keith you walked me to my foam and told me to call you if I need more assistance. For my first DIY and now you make me want to keep coming to this store. Love it

If you visit this store always ask for Tonya, Oscar, Monica, Charlie, Tabatha and Markee. These people will always help you and they are always friendly.

I go to The Home Depot often and each experience is the same. I am greeted with a friendly smile and everyone is always available to assist. I can always find what I need at the store location or I can order and pick up from another store. Great process!!!

If you want something from top shelves make sure you have time to wait for an employee to pay attention to you and if they don’t ignore you, be ready to beg for help

Had a Pickup Order at Customer Service. I was lucky enough to be helped by associate "MAMA" - she was efficient, kind and personable making the process quick and seamless. Not only was she polite and professional with me, but saw how she treated her co-workers from afar. Bought appliances, not delivered on the delivery date. Getting the run around and they are pushing the delivery date put 12 more days because of their mistake.

I came in today with a weed eater that I could not operate. Darnell greeted me at the door and directed me to someone who could help. The employee couldn't help me figure out the weed eater either. Darnell came over ad assisted us. The weed eater continued to be difficult to operate and Darnell suggested that I return it and helped me select another weed eater that was MUCH easier to operate and handle. He did not have to go out of his way to assist me, but he did. He even showed me how to operate the new weed eater that I repurchased. This kind of customer service means that I will continue to shop at Home Depot. I am very happy with my new purchase!

You have the worst customer service at the rental center. The guy that was there tonight June 11 was to busy talking to his friend instead of helping customers. I asked for help and he said I had to do it myself. I asked him don’t you have to help customers and he said nope that the tools were over there to check myself. Meanwhile he never stopped talking to his friend. Then I asked him to check the system for a floor sander because I showed 2 online at this location and he still once again said NO. Then I asked him for his name and he denied to give it to me because I asked for a manager the only thing I could read on his apron was Mamba. I spend thousands monthly at Home Depot for my company and I go at least 4 times a week and this was just horrible. I NEVER complain but tonight he pushed me to my limits. He is the worst employee you could have at the counter helping your customers.

Dirty and unkept. Poor attitude in employees. Dirtiest ever seen. No supplies in stalls. WORST HD BATHROOM IN THE COUNTRY.

I ordered online 4 table legs. Cost $35 for that delivery. They sent 3. Refunded my $ for the 4th one. Didn't backorder or say they were sending it later, just done. I can't build the table with 3 legs. So, I had to take 2 personal hours off work, get gas in my truck and drive to Home Depot and buy the 4th leg. That time & $ was much more than the $35 that I paid to have them ALL delivered.

The employees are friendly and willing to help you if you need help. The prices are as good or better than any other hardware type store. The products are organized well so you can find what you need quickly.

I have had several projects completed by Home Depot, and I have been pleased with the quality of the products and materials as well as the workmanship of the sub-contractors.

This store is a wreck. Looks like a bomb went off on almost every main aisle due to the employees (I'd say mostly management) not knowing how to present product displays. They are centered, they aren't aligned and it's like walking through a maze to get around. The employees are just about as useless as they come. They don't care to help anyone unless you literally trap them into helping you. Your return policy is an absolute joke that's not even worth laughing at... I mean, I can go on and on. The management at this store obviously needs to change, but you're not alone. The one in East Memphis is just as bad, but at least they care about their appearance inside their store.

I wanted to give 5-stars but I had a very bad experience with one of the cashiers, store #0704 near Wolfchase. Her name is Richetta and she was extremely rude as I attempted to ask a question as I was trying to let her know that I needed to leave merchandise that I had in a basket, momentarily, while I step outside to find another cart to haul wood. I didn't want to walk out with unpaid merchandise while looking for the appropriate cart. She responded clearly as if she did not want to be bothered. After I asked for a supervisor, she refused to call one and passed my request off to another employee so they could call the supervisor. She made it very clear in many ways that she would not be of assistance as if she doesn't get a paycheck due to the customers who shop there. Also, when I asked for her name she just looked and didn't say anything. The cashier across from her gave me her name and as I was walking out with my merchandise, she asked "What she want my name for?" as if she did not just provide for this store a bad review. Until this day, I've always had wonderful experiences at this location and travel out of my area just for the wonderful customer service. Richetta just made this location lose a star; probably should've taken away 2-stars as rude as she was.
