Things went great i recently moved in to my new home and need a few items the staff was real help full and went out of there way to help. also help me do some research parts online so i could find it in the store.

home depot has very friendly employees that are eager to help you.I enjoyed shopping there.They are very nice.

Looking for a replacement Ryobi cordless drill. I ask two different Associates about using my old Ryobi batteries in the new drill. Was told they would work. Both Associates knew what they were talking about gave same answer. Nice when folks know what they are talking about. Old batteries worked just like they said.

This location is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Specifically, there is a gentleman name Floyd that works at this location. He has always been helpful when I have come to the store for assistance. I can always count on him to point me in the right direction. The customer service is the reason I shop at this location.

Excellent service at this store yesterday in plumbing by Charlie. Charlie is a great asset to this store. He provided the information I needed and assisted me in purchasing the additional products I would need to install my hot water dispenser. If not for Charlie, I would have gotten home only to have to return for additional parts. He also walked me through the process of installation and gave me the confidence to be able to do it myself. Charlie provided the customer service we all long for in this age of self-service. Thanks for a great experience.

Went to Walmart first. Cheap trees out of stock on the decent ones. Went to lowes second- overpriced. The Depot had what we needed and was clean with plenty of associates to help.

Every time I go to this store I have issues checking out. First, there aren't enough cashiers. One day there were no cashiers at all, and there was no attendant at the self-check. I could have just walked out with my merchandise. I finally yelled for some help. At that point, there were about 4 more people waiting. This is in a rather upscale neighborhood, and I expected better. If Lowe's ever gets their inventory in order, that's the only place I'll go.

I'm a carpenter in my mind, but this place has so many things that can be used for all sorts of crafts. My recent visit was to purchase supplies (wood) to build a simple work bench. I was able to get what needed for less than 30.00 . I loved the results so much, I'm planning on making another work bench for my kids.

Customer service is KEY to any store's success. This home depot really hit the spot. The staff was courteous and provided excellent customer service. If you have excellent staff than people are much more willing to ignore prices.
