Found the mower I was searching for with the help of an associate. Satisfied with the price and the fact that I could purchase an additional warranty for the machine. Associate loaded the mower for me as well.

Found what I needed very fast, got checked-out very fast, and was able to get back to my project in a timely manner.

Great customer service!!! And the store is clean and I can find everything I need.

This is a great process! Home shopping, ordering, payment, and WOW, even notified when the order is ready for pickup. This store has two pick up location options too! WOW. I love to shop in a hardware store but I was needed to get in and out. I did. Under 5 minutes. I would not have felt too guilty about leaving vehicle at the curb!

We were greeted with a smile and received wonderful customer service from Ms Betty at the Customer Service desk. She was helpful and pleasant to work with.

Walked in, the wood was stacked near the front and a very good price. Associate was right there, took my list of cuts to be made and came back with it done in an amazingly efficient way. He was very friendly and would not accept a small money tip of appreciation. I think his name was Darryl, but not positive. I love shopping at Home Depot.

I found exactly what i was looking for and purchased it. Check out was fast and cashier was very nice!!

My husband and I have been shopping here for years, for all of our home project needs. We are always greeted by the friendly employees at the door and placed throughout the store. We never have an issue finding help when we need it and whenever we have had an issue with a products we have never had problem with returning items. Many of the staff have worked here for years and are very personable - even the new employees are friendly> They all appear to enjoy the work they do and that is refreshing.

This is the cleanest store I've visited. Everyone was friendly and I felt like they really wanted to help me. I was very happy to get a cashier, Odessa, that was caring and friendly. I left with a smile and knew I'd be back to shop again.

I first shopped online looking for carpet. I stopped by Home Depot to look at samples. Found two I liked, took them home and made a choice. I then scheduled a measurement time and they were prompt, did their measurements and an estimate was emailed to me. I returned to the store, placed my order, and the next time I looked at my email, there was a date for installation waiting for me. This store is always clean and very well organized. It's always a pleasure just to go browse and possibly to deal with because of the associates on hand.

Returned Steam cleaner (would not clean the grout joints as stated; could no get the joint close to clean, had to resort to vinegar and a stiff brush size of a toothbrush); the associate was very helpful; had to work at it for several minutes to get the register to recognize the product. She would not give up. I commend her for taking the time to work out the problems and still had a great personality; she said our satisfaction was her goal. Goal accomplished. Good job, wish all the associates were like her, this would really be a fun place to shop! Return was made simple and worthy of another purchase.

Mr. Darnell was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient during our purchase. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns about our shed purchase. His recommendations were very informative and helped us make decisions on the type of shed we needed to purchase and what features to go with.

This store was very clean and minute walk associates are there to assist you any way possible.

Looking for the right hardware can be a nightmare but you can always find a friendly & helpful employee that can get you in & out so you can get back to your project! Thanks!

Really appreciate the level of commitment employees at this location show to their jobs! Purchased an electric stove along with the cord required to plug it in. Found on delivery the new cord was not needed so returned to the store. Apparently the cord delivered with the stove was not the same cord charged on my ticket so the store Associate processing my return had a bit of trouble. She was always pleasant, never hurried and never displayed a bit of irritation. She kept at it until my return was processed. I had to take a bit less of a refund than the original purchase price and she apologized for this.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. Carla, in the paint department was very helpful to me, as I needed assistance trying to select the best brand and color matching of paint for my project. She was patient, made sure I had the best paint for my project, very articulate and kind while taking the time to assure that I was satisfied with my concerns. Once I got to the check out stand, l was greeted by Kyvonna, a helper with a warm smile who also was very courteous and professional. As I tried to check out my items, I encountered problems with the scanner. To my gratitude, she took the time going above and beyond to assist me as the machine continued to malfunction. She solicited help to make sure my experience was very successful. I personally gave positive comments to both workers stating how happy I was to get help from them. As I replied to them, It is so hard to get good customer service from many businesses. Thanks Home Depot! I'll be back.
