I was pleasantly surprised to learn Home Depot carries orange scented 12% vinegar… I use the vinegar to kill poison ivy and spot weed treatment all the time. It’s a great cleaning agent. Until I looked at Home Depot I never knew there was orange scent also. The big aha is now I can clean inside also I never knew there was a peroxide for cleaning. Just one trip down the aisle has changed my cleaning routine !!

The store is fine but the online customer service is not consumer friendly! I showed screenshots of the range I brought and was just delivered for a price match and when it was discussed they partially refunded me. I questioned why not the proper amount and they had adjusted the sale price as we were chatting, the price was altered since the chat had begun in my cart! Very dishonest folks to deal with, as a retired soldier I expect a higher level of professionalism!

Valerie the store manager helped us find the Christmas decoration we have been looking for. We were able to get the last one they had. Thank you to the staff for helping us.

I bought this wheelbarrow to withstand the rough terrain of where I live and for the purposes of debris and dirt removal. It is doing the job well!

Please support your local small local retailers if the big box stores can’t do better on prices than they’re doing. 50 dollars for two small boxes of lights and to small drop cords.

I would take Home Depot over their competitor any day. Russell in the Pro department is a true asset to the store and always of great help to the customers like me.

From her friendly smile to her thoroughness in locating the microwave I was looking for to the engaging conversation to escorting me over to see the kids in Home Depot aprons working on projects….i left the store with a smile and cheerful outlook for the rest of my Saturday!

I went in a few days ago to get estimate for wood flooring but decided to return to change order to just carpeting one room…the same employee Marcelino help me….he did lose patience…he took his time and explained everything in detail…he has great knowledge of carpet and wood floors. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

I was looking for a new one and quickly as mine had stopped working. I was helped quickly by Glenn. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had some unsual specifics and he stuck with it until he got exactly what I needed.

I needed a certain type of screw for a dining room chair.Tracey took the time helped me to find what I needed .He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed info about a sunshade for my gazebo As I was walking around the store so many sales persons stopped and asked if we needed help That’s so rare in this day and age. I surely will shop there again. And the supervisor who really helped us was knowledgeable, informative, and a good listener. Excellent service. .

We purchased carpeting for a new home we purchased. This is now the second time we have used HomeDepot for carpeting. Ken was very kind and walked us through the process. Finished in less than 30 minutes.

Glenn was very knowledgeable about the different models and features helping to help me maximize the best value based on the product features. In addition, Glenn was extremely patient and professional throughout the decision making and purchasing process. I was totally satisfied with Glenn’s support and assistance. I would definitely recommend Home Depot in particular appliance specialist Glenn for appliance purchases. As a result of Glenn’s assistance I purchased a 4 piece kitchen appliance package. Finding the items I needed took some doing. Self checkout was absolutely horrible! You must have at least one manned register. It took me longer to self checkout (through no fault of my own) then to shop . The person watching the registers was no help either! Maybe you need a senior citizens manned checkout. I'll look for somewhere else to do my hardware purchases, like a competitor store closer to my home.

I had to track down someone to help me. When we made our purchase the employee needed a manager to assist and we waited more than 15 minutes w/o any response. If he was busy he could at least responded he would be there soon. Finally someone else came to our response. Then when I went to checkout another item there was a problem and customer service didn’t seem to have but one person who knew anything. Home Depot seems to lack enough employees to offer good customer services.

Josh and Alex were wonderful, saw the issue and resolved the problem. 5 star employees and saved Home Depot from a UDAP complaint and potential law suit.

I went to go buy a tool I asked for out of the cage and proceeded to continue shopping as I was gathering other materials for a small project. The associate proceeded to follow me around the entire store without saying a word to me just watching me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you have a theft issue don’t take it out on your customers hire a theft prevention specialist or a security guard. I was so bothered by the situation I dents even end up buying the tool I ended up just getting a battery and a saw guide.

Found exactly what I was looking for and much more. Very happy.

There is a home improvements store closer to my house but there is rarely anyone on duty to even answer a question. Home Depot has helpful friendly people so I find what I need and how to use it!

The two gentlemen that brought my delivery were excellent very friendly and help me put the delivery in the back of my house as I requested. They were great.
