The store is fine but the online customer service is not consumer friendly! I showed screenshots of the range I brought and was just delivered for a price match and when it was discussed they partially refunded me. I questioned why not the proper amount and they had adjusted the sale price as we were chatting, the price was altered since the chat had begun in my cart! Very dishonest folks to deal with, as a retired soldier I expect a higher level of professionalism!

Valerie the store manager helped us find the Christmas decoration we have been looking for. We were able to get the last one they had. Thank you to the staff for helping us.

I bought this wheelbarrow to withstand the rough terrain of where I live and for the purposes of debris and dirt removal. It is doing the job well!

The manager of the Home Depot in Cornelius was not helpful at all. Brace holding legs was hanging not screwed in. This manager could care less she said that they have no extra screws. She was not a good look for Home Depot customer service. Barbeque was a good buy so I’m going to keep it, just remember when you buy from Home Depot you are on you own

Must say I had a better experience on my last visit than in the past. I asked an employee where I could find something and not only did he tell me but he showed me where the product was.

I HATE COMMING TO THIS STORE. I only come to this store if there is a specific item I must have. Employees are rude and don't want to help customers. I was in California this summer and the Long Beach store had Employees everywhere and all where willing to help.

I purchased to beautiful Mums Wednesday and am going back next week to purchase more flowers.

They have gone from $0.25 per cut to a dollar a cut on the plywood. This is ridiculous. I spend thousands of dollars in this store each week and never been charged for this commodity and now all of a sudden they want to charge more for something they already offer.

This store has terrible service and their delivery guys are complete idiots.

Nice location andavailable all home needs

I bought a tub/shower trim kit that my plumber recommended for a needed repair along with other materials. Unfortunately, my plumber had other jobs and a family death outside of the country and wasn't able to do the job inside of the 90 day return window. He informed me the part was no longer needed so I attempted to return- never opened or used. I only wanted store credit but was denied. I thought I would be treated better by this Home Depot given all of the purchases I've made there but was sadly disappointed.

Jim from the paint dept walked from one end of the store to the other to help us find some removeable caulk. Outstanding customer service.

I have frequented the Home Depot in Cornelius and always enjoy the great customer service provided by Linda and Diane at the Customer service counter. Always helpful, always solving the customer problems. I have positive experiences when checking out, including last night when I passed through Christopher's register.

I can always find what I need at the Cornelius store and if by chance I can not, there is someone there to help!

We greatly appreciate the assistance from all of the employees that asked openly as we passed if we needed assistance! Ernie in the plumbing area was great help with our shower knob! We had no idea what we were looking for and were walking away with the wrong knob when we saw him! (Saved us an hour round trip drive!) Christopher in customer service was awesome help with a return, no hassles, and helped us get our purchase situated. We greatly appreciate the kindness and his friendliness! Employees invested in helping customers is difficult to find these days, and the help we received with an area of life neither of us have any idea about, we just really appreciate it.

Cornelius NC continues to be a model Home Depot, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and stocked shelves!

Jeson was great! He stopped what he was doing and asked how he could help us get a new Samsung washer. He found what I needed and priced matched the “other guy”. In addition, Billy the manager also let me vent and supported Jeson.

Greg & Nancy, employes at this store, were very helpful & loaded my truck for me. I was on crutches and they . were velpfulI did not have to ask for help , they offered
