I love the helpful staff at this store! I go in often to shop for our handyman clients and everyone has consistently and cheerfully helped me find what I need. Thank you especially to Tom and Raphael at the ProDesk and Nidia at the Contractor checkout!

The gardening department has great employees working there, very helpfu and friendly particularly Jill and Vincent.

Store Manager Shannon Campbell was GREAT and solved our issue concerning not getting a 4K credit for 10 days. We finally went into the store and worked with him and he solved the issue the same night. Their front desk customer service folks, not so much and they for sure need better training, as we were treated 'not so nice' and two other people were getting the same treatment as well when we were their from the same 'lady' hiding behind her mask. I will still use their store, but will never deal with the 'mask rude women' again! Thanks Shannon for going above and beyond for us!

Ed in plumbing gave me all the help I required on a special project, putting the pieces together in the store!

Horrible store! Customer service here is in serious need of work.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Managers also chip in to help you find what you need. The Stars extremely clean and the cashier service very efficient. I even use the bathroom in here and everything I needed for hand sanitation and cleanliness was available.

Always friendly, and welcoming to dogs. Well appreciated since this store is on the way to the dog park and I can get 2 things done in one trip.

Scheduled an appointment for carpet measurement 10 days out and the serviceman never showed up. I can’t believe I had to prepay for terrible service!

Just returned from this store. I bought a lawnmower from them 3 years ago and just learned that it did not come with a filter or cover and this is dangerous to the motor. I expected a hard time getting resolution, but that is not at all what happened. Rather, the manager was happy to exchange my mower for a like model. I couldn't be happier with the resolution.

The itself was not a problem it was dealing with the managers when I had an issue that turned me completely off from coming back to this store. Make sure you don't have to return anything or that you don't need the assistance of a manager when visiting this store.
