Under staffed is an understatement. There was zero staff today to help. I still purchased about $500; then left and went to Hoke Building Supply and spent over $15,000. because they were interested in me as a customer and my business.

Went above and beyond helping us when we had trouble with our home depot card.

I purchased a new microwave yesterday and Glenn was my Specialist, he was friendly cheerful and went above to help me. I highly recommend Glenn Oliver for any appliance needs

My husband and I were trying to decide on a new shower head for our bathroom and were getting a little overwhelmed by all of the choices. just about that time, one of the employees came walking down the isle and stopped to ask if he could offer us some suggestions. He showed us the top things we need to look for which helped us narrow our search down to just a few, so then the decision was easy to make when we narrowed it down to a few.

it's unfortunate but at this location it seems like every time i visit i am forced to use self checkout. i'm not an employee. cashiering is a job for employees. . .not customers. just my opinion.

Don't know if it's training or good hiring but I know where I'm coming for future projects. Every employee from ones I asked for directions to those helping with projects to the help loading my purchases in my truck were friendly and quickly helped me without indifference or condescension.

After calling several Home depot's I decided to drive 40 minutes bypassing other Home depots to go to this store because of the excellent customer service that was provided by phone. The Customer service only got better once inside the store.

The people at the Cornelius, NC Home Depot are incredible! They have so many employees that are always willing to help. I have been in the store one to many times per day over the last 7 days and I have not had one bad experience! They will approach me, asking if I need help. If I ask someone for help, they instantly work with me to help or find the right person to help. They are kind, friendly, and just all-around great people! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of home improvement items!

I shop there almost daily for my business ($30K yr.) and find the staff to be helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly every time I am there!!!

Home Depot always has just what I need and they never seem to run out of stock. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!

I had purchased a washer and dryer the day prior without my new fridge as I was undecided. I came into purchase the fridge with it and adjust my receipt to reflect the LG discount. Glenn in appliances and Linda in customer service were so extremely helpful in assisting me, and also helped me apply my tax exemption. I was with them for about an hour and they were wonderful. Jason stepped in and was helpful as well! Great experience.

The customer service and attention to detail from carpet saleswoman, Nancy was above and beyond expected. She went out of her way to assist as in every way possible and provided a superior experience. I had purchased carpet from Home Depot and with Nancy’s help in 2018 and came back 4 years later to work with her again. She single handedly earned our return business for Home Depot. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is exceptional.

The Home Depot Store in Cornelius, NC was clean and well organized during the busy Christmas shopping season. A young employee stopped with his task and lead me across the store for a hard to find item (bed risers). He was polite, experienced, helpful and knowledgeable with product locations in the store which saved me time to self-search. I used self-checkout efficiently.

If you are looking for a store that advertise items for sale but have employees that have no interest in helping you locate those item, then this store is for you.

Bought a few in-door plants now, selection is always good, quality of plants is also a plus. Very happy with each purchase.

I purchased an electric lawnmower (thru Home Depot on line) that was shipped direct to my home. Very convenient. However, it arrived damaged and after contacting the manufacturer I discovered they have a 2-3 week time for replacement. That was unacceptable. I took the item to my local Home Depot in Cornelius and received a price match on a similar in stock item. The staff was friendly and happy to accommodate me. It is clear to me that Home Depot cares about their customers and their reputation. I will be spending more time and money there.
