The product is what I needed, just not the proper size, no employee was around to help me in the building section. Once I got to check out there was an employee who helped ring up my items.

My interaction with an employee and the manager Mike was not pleasant on Saturday the 7th, but it is not surprising since 90% of the employees in this store are either talking to each other or are on their cell phones and they get upset when a customer bothers them by asking them something.

Shopping in the plumbing section, requested assistance from 3 different associates and still nobody showed up after 30 minutes. When I brought it up to an associate, all I got back was attitude and lack of Interest in helping.

Whenever I have a DYI project, I go to Home Depot on McKinley, in Corona. The associates there take their time To explain how to do a job and also some of the pitfalls that you may encounter. I have not faulted on a job yet. Thank you, Home Depot.

Go in to ask an employee if they have a certain product. Say rainbow polished stones. They don't even know what they are. Are you ask if they have any type of adhesive for stones and they have no clue what you're asking for. Went in and asked for certain products for plumbing and they don't understand what you're asking for. The employees aren't very well trained, they hire these people and they put them in a department and they don't bother to train them. Or the employee just doesn't want to be bothered. Bothered so they tell you no or they don't know what you're looking for so they walk away.

I love this store. I always find what I need!

Naples 45028 was very helpful with customer service

I had a few purchases from the Corona Home Depot, the one off McKinley St. I tried the Curbside Pickup service twice. This was great and fast, people were friendly and helpful. This last time I went in the store to get three sheets of plywood people were helpful and George in Lumber was very helpful he made 16 cuts for me they were very accurate and precise. He is very knowledgable, fast worker, friendly, courteous I can’t say enough about him. Please let George know that I said hello. Thank you Steve

Between 9am-10am on Friday 7-12-2024 Customer service rep with black curly hair mustash and small beard was extremely rude and short. The other cust service members were professional

I am happy I decided to stop at this Home Depot instead of the one by my house because Trina made my shopping less stressful.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the Home Depot. I asked someone there where were the air filters for furnaces were, & I was immediately told it was in the middle on the right side of isle 6. I was able to quickly checked out & the cashier was very cordial & nice with me & quickly took care of my purchase and told me have a very nice day & I told here the same.

Denyeill was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me with purchasing our cellular shades.

Can't find help, takes way to long to shop. I shop at many store in my line of work, this store has the worst cutomer service of all.

He helped me big time, by going out of his way. This is the store location to shop at. You won't be disappointed....

Yesterday, I bought the final phase of Mosquito Dunks, They keep mosquitos away for 30 days and are pet/fish safe as you place them in water where mosquitos lay eggs. Millions of eggs! *Well stocked store, festive & Christmas ready! Personable Cashier experience. Thank You! -Darren

I was able to purchase some Halloween decorations at a reduced price for clearance very happy with the way that I was treated and the price that I was given.

We bought the knock knock refrigerator the knock, knock ovand the microwave. They were all by LG this was the first time we ever did the bundle and we enjoyed every minute of it. Terror was a great sales person and we have a friend for life!

I thought I needed certain size paint cans but was completely wrong on the size. Kaylin, Raul & Mike all went out of there to get me what I needed. Their expertise and friendly customer service made a big difference.
