Very helpful Employees and very experience on any item asked! The cashier was very friendly and advised of sales going on at the time! Store Manger is doing a good job in having the proper training of its personnel! I will continue to shop at this store!

Overall everyone at this location were very nice and friendly. Cashier at the self check out however, treated me like garbage. Come quite often and all other cashiers are very pleasant so I don't know what this particular one deal is.

The tool rental department and the servicing of my lawnmower By Steve was so very good. All your employees should act and treat people the way Steve In the Corona Home Depot tool rental department acted kind and took care of my lawnmower problems HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE THANK YOU STEVE.

Customer service really sucks at this facility. People were rude when I needed help. Combined with their lack of a variety of materials, I would rather visit the other Home Depot in Corona off of the Ontario exit of the 15 freeway.

Friendly personnel.

My nana and I sat in the middle of the flooring department by their main desk for over 20 minutes. The store was empty, over 11 associates walked right by us, not to mention we had the paint department page someone to flooring 3 times!!! No one came. After 30 minutes, we finally found a lady to cut 2 inches off the blinds we purchased (that’s all we wanted). As she was handing us the finished product a couple minutes later, an associate finally showed up in response to the three pages.

Bad customer service, no one willing to help, employees not very acknowledge, not very friendly, if you work on customer service, please do an extra effort to be friendly and help customers, if you don't know the answer, ask another coworker. Please make an effort to assist customers. No customers ,no business, no jobs. hope someone take the initiative to fix this usual issue, this is a usual problem, every time I go to this specific store is always the same story.

poor service, rude comments from staff, items needed blocked by inventory from other sections.

Terilyn in the appliance section was extremely knowledgeable about the make and models from previous years. She provided all the information we needed to make a decision that day. She was nice to our children and occupied them so that my husband and I could talk over this large purchase. Terilyn went above and beyond her duties. I have never met her so please don't think this is a friend. She truly was amazing at her job!

I like this Home Depot store very much! Customer service attitude is great.

Employees are very helpful and professional. The employees are attentive to the customer needs and work to exceed expectations. The store is always clean and well stocked. The management cares about the customers and respects the employees. Overall great experience shopping and remodeling.

The needed merchandise was available. (Side note: it was recommended to visit a local nursery who had none of the supplies.) Zolla was excellent - her assistant was over the top! (Rodrigo)

Store is always neat and clean and offers a variety of outdoor plants. It was a hot day when we visited this weekend and we're greeted with cold water by Home Depot staff! That's really nice of them to do for their customers! Would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Mindy in the garden department was the only one who took time to make sure we were helped! I was blown off by 3 separate employees in the hardware department. I almost just left empty handed...and went to a store with helpful staff, but again Mindy in garden was a delight

Employees have always been helpful and I can get in and out with my purchases in a short amount of time. The store is clean and well stocked and the parking is good.
