The store is friendly, clean and generally accessible. Some aisles may be semi-blocked by multiple displays at times. The store does not do a good job of ensuring that the battery-operated handicap Mart Carts are charged at the time of return to the front of the store. The staff goes a long way to be helpful.

Got the help I needed and the supplies I needed quickly; which is very important to me.

Mike and Sherri are very helpful. Knowledgeable! Made my visit a Great Experience. Everyone in the store was courteous and friendly. Kari in the flooring also gave some great advise and explained the measuring procedure for carpet. Will definitely be back for that project in a few days!

The store was clean and orderly. The items I was looking for were easy to find. the girl in the paint department was very helpful. Home Depot is my favorite store. I love just browsing there to get ideas about projects I may want to do!

Today I needed a very specific tool to complete a project for a family member. I looked for it, but I could not find it. Two store employees tried to help me but they did not find it either. One of them called the store manager and he actually found it included in a kit that was a better deal than what i was originally looking for. So, I got the tool and more items with the kit and saved some money in the process. That's a win in my book!

I went into The Home Depot and shopped in the appliance department. There was a young man that works there. I forgot his name but his user id is MXR1248. He provided excellent customer service. Its hard to find good help now of days. But he was outstanding! Explained everything in depth , provided honest feedback when purchasing the appliances. Most stores have workers who can careless about the customers and will feed you anything to get a sale. This young man was honest and even though I knew what I wanted to purchase he still made sure it was the best product for me. & for that simple reason I will visit this location again!
