I bought a refrigerator and a oven for my home about 2 years ago and I'm very happy with my purchases from this Home Depot. Thank you!!!

The staff here were super helpful and even pulled someone out of a meeting to come cut a sheet of plywood for me! All were so friendly and welcoming.

I had to pickup some materials for my husbands “honey do”list and I didn’t know where to start but Katie was such a big help and with a big happy smile.

Beware roaming surveyors who seem to promise a gift card for answering a few questions - you find out later that you get the card only if you allow a water testing contractor to visit your home, test your water and attempt to sell you a water purifying system. Very deceitful! Just say NO! Just stay NO!

had to pick up an online order- did not catch her name but associate who helped me greated me with a big smile, processed my order quickly and even offered to help me load the items.

The customer service at the Covington, Ga location is on point. I mistakenly left my house without my home depot credit card, then went to the self check out. The female employee there was understanding and asked for my drivers license, as she instructed me to type in the DL#, I realized I had also forgotten my glasses. She then proceeded to locate a pair of readers (glasses) and I was able to see the numbers and type them. I really appreciated her level of customer service.

Went to the paint department without a clue of what to buy to paint my bathroom. Sherry help me from beginning to end and provided excellent customer service. I left with no questions unanswered and learned a few things as well😁 Thank you so much Sherry❣️ In a world where customer service is seriously lacking it was a pleasure to encounter you.

Robert in tools/hardware needs to go work at headquarters teaching cust. ser. etiquette. I dont leave reviews, but he helped me in july, and I observed him in hardware today helping several customers. Courteous and professional with all!! Even as busy as he was!! Somebody give this guy a raise, offers products and advice to customers. If you get bad service from this guy, its YOUR attitude, He was calm n patient and acknowledged customers, even though there were at least 6 customers on that Isle. Same above and beyond service I got in July!! Appreciate good employees, they are the reason you get repeat business!!

On my visit today I was able to get everything I needed to complete this job.

My fridge died. The selection available at this store is Huge! Even better news: the sales person, Kari, knew which ones would suit what I was looking for.

Employees were friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help me.

Today, I went to the Covington, GA location to look at stain colors for the interior of my home. I drove 40 miles from my home hoping a lady (blonde, curly hair), who helped me once before in the paint department, would be working. Thankfully, she was working. She was once again beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind not just to me, but also her coworkers and other customers in the store. It was worth the drive as she went out of her way to help me choose my stain color providing amazing customer service. If you need help choosing a color, she is your girl! I'm sure I will be back.

We had a young man helping us, Mikhail, and he was AMAZING!! We are having to replace our back deck that was destroyed when a tree fell on it. He was VERY knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed and helped us get it loaded up and everything. He was extremely polite, well mannered and made us feel like we were the only customers in Home Depot. We will definitely recommend our friends to go visit Mikhail at the Covington Home Depot location!

Tamara and the other ladies at the Customer Service Desk are always friendly and helpful. It's a great feeling to be greeted with friendliness and smiles! It definitely keeps customers coming back.

This has happened to me several times. In most cases it was only small change differences. Today a different story. 3/16" drill bit. DW1112 price indicated aisle 14, bay 008 $2.97 actual cost at register $3.97 and increase of 33%. Returning items at my earliest convenience. I will no longer shop this establishment.

I have been shopping at home depot in Conyers and Covington for the past 10 years, but the Covington store #0165 have won me over completely, with their customer service and awesome employees.

I see a sales paper from The Home Depot and the Next thing I know I am buying a NEW tool for my workshop. That's OK because I know the Home Depot back up all the Items they sell

The Covington GA store is always clean, always well stocked And every associate is the best, great attitudes and always helpful
